Yellow Cab & Transfer

IGNORE ANY GOOD REVIEWS; THEY WERE DONE BY THE DRIVERS & COMPANY ITSELF. If I could give them 0 stars, I would give –1 stars. There service is the worst. Reserving in advance means nothing. They’re always late 30+ minutes without an apology or condolence. All their drivers seem to be people they picked off of the street with no class and clearly no personal hygiene. There prices are higher than the national average. Avoid at all cost. B&W cab service is on the same level.

This cab service is a complete joke they will leave you waiting for up to 6 hrs or more, and tell you they will be there any minute! If your going to call this cab service I recommend you just walk! You will get there faster and save money!
Got a star bc I had to give them one, but they really should just close down! Such a joke. I’ve had issues w them repeatedly! Till I got wise and started using the other major cab co. Here in town much much much better!

I used the company exclusively when in the area on business as there are not a lot of options in this area. As long as I gave advance notice, they were always on time. They were always friendly. They always got me where I needed to go without hassle.
I would definitely recommend.

This is the last time I am using the first company that pops up on google search. Thought that meant it was quality. Should have read the reviews on google +.
I called the company at 17:06 for a 17:45 pick up. The dispatcher was very curt on the phone. We were going from our hotel to a wedding, not very far, but still an important event that we were dressed up for. We were in the hotel lobby at 17:45, and no taxi. 17:51 rolls around, and I call to make sure it was on its way. The dispatcher says ‘just a few minutes.’ So we wait to 18:10, which is now 10 minutes after we wanted to be at our destination. I call again, and after she says ‘just a few minutes’ again, I said no, how much time exactly? With which she replied 6 – 7 minutes. I said that was not going to work, cancelled the cab, and ended up just driving ourselves anyways.
It was one thing that they were late, but its another when you’re rude and putting off the vibe that I’m inconveniencing you on the phone. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that the time it was taking to get to us was lied about, by about 30 minutes.
