Established in 2006.

KIZ Resources, LLC is a full-​service tax credit transfer firm founded by a group of accountants and has quickly grown to become one of Pennsylvania’s most successful tax credit transfer firms. Our firm began because few companies were taking advantage of the many business incentives available in Pennsylvania. In 2005, the group of accountants were able to successfully assist a group of Pennsylvania technology companies through the first ever Keystone Innovation Zone Tax Credit sale. This is when the idea of KIZ Resources was born. We are now working to help companies across the state and the nation transfer many types of Pennsylvania Tax Credits.

Meet the Business Owner

John H.

Business Owner

John is an accountant with Harry K. Sickler Associates, Tyrone PA. He is a founding member of KIZ Resources, LLC and has worked in the tax credit industry since 2005. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. John has experience specializing in tax accounting, small business consulting, and Pennsylvania tax credit incentives. He resides in Altoona, Pennsylvania with his wife, two daughters and dachshund «Howie».
