I decided to come back to ‘Johnny On the Spot’ for the first time in years since my main car wash service was extremely busy. I got an interior and exterior wash since I would be going to prom that evening. I was greeted by a cheery woman at the pay window. The next man(who guided me into the car wash) was not so friendly. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, but you shouldn’t act irritably in front of customers. He did a quick spray of my car and moved me along. The wash itself was only half decent. There were a few water spots, but what really made me upset was my antenna that I noticed was bent after the wash. I did remember seeing a liability notice on the side of the pay window before the wash(not thinking something like this would happen to me).The crew that detailed my car were friendly for the most part, and they did a pretty nice job. While they were doing that, I used the restroom. The inside of the car wash is dingy like most other car washes in the area. My general experience was not great, and I don’t think I will be back.

Generally, this place does a good but after a recent visit I can definitely do without the attitude. Got there about 15 minutes before closing and one of the kids said ‘someone must have called everyone and told them to come to Johnny on the spot we are getting ready to close’. Well lose the attitude. If it weren’t for me and others like me, you wouldn’t have a job. And if you don’t like it, the leave and try to find other work.
