I believe this place is under new ownership, and contrary to the only other review, I had a stellar experience here. I had outstanding service (three of the nicest girls helped me both times I went in), and they also did a fantastic job cleaning a completely filthy cream colored wool coat of mine. It was easy, fast, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. For only $ 13.50, I’d definitely take more of my coats here to get a quality cleaning.

DO NOT go here. After being rudely screamed at by owner Joshuah Hood regarding my ruined apparel, I not only think they do a terrible job, but the are rude, unethical, and dishonest on top of it. Save yourself the trouble.
