Getting this unit was actually FUN! From my first phone call with a reservation agent to meeting with the customer service representative at the location. They are very nice to talk with and to work with! And the place is clean.

I had a storage unit here from maybe mid-​2012 through about a month or so ago. Finally moved all of my stuff to where I live now and closed my account with Uncle Bob’s. I definitely had a good experience and highly recommend their services to anyone who might need them.
The property is easily-​accessible, secure and safe. Never had any problems entering or leaving the premises. All of the employees I met were helpful and able to answer any and all questions that I had. The inside of the main office is very clean and presentable.
Absolutely no complaints about my experience with Uncle Bob’s. The company met my expectations and it’d be at the top of my list of choices should I need something like this again.
