Had iPhone 6 plus replaced. They claim this is apple OEM glass, and they claim it has a 90 day warranty. However the screen cracked across the middle within 2 weeks. It was not dropped or had any impact. It must be low quality product or poor install. Manager said the glass cracking by itself is not covered by warranty.

First time there. We made an online appointment and arrived almost on time. They were nice. They fixed my boyfriend’s iPhone 6 that had water damaged. It’s 75% working but it’s better than what it was doing, which was restarting over and over and not charging. Front camera doesn’t work so no selfies or front camera FaceTime. We are still testing the phone. Paid $ 96 for them to repair. Doubt Apple would have done it for that price. Will return but hope I don’t have to.

These guys rock. Very professional. Had my iPad 2 re-​glassed in 2 hours. Even comes with a 3-​, month (2-​month? now I can’t remember) warranty on the work. If it separates or the digitizer doesn’t work for any reason, bring it back.

These guys are the best! I have a new iPhone 6+ and had a problem. Took it to the sprint store. They recommended these people who I had used earlier for a broken iPad glass. Initially they told me it was going to takeuntil 3 PM the next day to determine whether the phone could be fixed or not. After some discussion, Charles took it in back and came back a few minutes later stating he could have it ready in 20 minutes! He did, and for less than half of what sprint would charge me with insurance. can’t beat service or price. Definitely keep this on your radar.

Shattered the glass on my tablet the day after Christmas and was heartbroken. I asked for recommendations where to go and this place kept coming up.
They were very fast, friendly, and efficient. We took it in and in less then 3 hours it was fixed. No pressure to buy anything extra. I got lucky and they were running a promotion but even better they still honored the Unilocal check in offer of 15% off a repair or accessory.
I hope I don’t break anymore tech items but if I do hands down I would run to this location. I dealt with Mario and was very pleased with his customer service and professionalism.

excellent experience. I came in for what would have been a costly repair (to my very new Samsung Galaxy S5) and the technician was able to instead do a quick repair that so far is working well. Even if I end up needing additional service it was refreshing to work with a business that does not jump to recommend the most expensive route. I came here because my son had repaired his IPhone here a few months ago and also received excellent service and good advice on the most cost effective options to get his phone back in service.
I definitely recommend this location for honest and competent service.

These guys completely saved my life line, my iPhone. I was preparing to go out of town on business when my screen split, leaving me with a tough decision. I couldn’t possibly afford to invest in a new phone as my current one was less than a year old, so I asked my fellow iPhone users. The one name that cropped up time and time again, was uBreakiFix. I was on my way to Orlando, so I dropped by their Altamonte Springs branch.
The staff were understanding about my predicament, and managed to slice their turn around time into less than 90minutes. I couldn’t believe it. Electronics places are always a tough sell for me to enter because I constantly feel belittled because I am a woman. The gents at uBiF were supportive and did not make me feel the least bit uncomfortable. They genuinely made me feel like my business was important and that they took sincere pride in turning around quality craftmanship.
I don’t plan on breaking my screen again any time soon, but if I do, this is the only place I am taking my business.

Got frustrated with local iPhone repair places not calling me back, or not handling the 5S model. I called UBreakIFix and got a friendly guy on the first ring, who told me if I could get there soon they could fix it before they closed.
I did, and they did. He checked first to make sure everything on the phone worked before they touched it (volume buttons, camera, Home button, etc) and said it would be about an hour. Three more people came in after I did and he treated everyone respectfully and knowledgeably.
A little over a half hour later, I got my phone back in perfect shape. We won’t talk about how twitchy I may or may not have been without it during that time.
Price was reasonable (more than the fly-​by-​night places, less than Apple charges) and included a warranty for the work.
Note: This is on 436 so traffic at rush hour is harsh, and this parking lot is tight and one-​way only. At busy times, expect to make some U-​turns and deal with waits at lights to get in there.
So far, very satisified with professional service and speed.
