Do what you can to avoid this company. They are overpriced as well as their customer service lacks… service! I have a home warranty company and because of this, I am a 2nd class customer and therefore they would not deal with me. The tech was nice, but my issue was not fixed, in fact it was worse. They charged me $ 125 for a reclaim fee, however other companies only charge $ 50. I called every 45 minutes for 8 hours with no returned phone call and lots of attitude from the answering service. I went with another company through the warranty company, and they came out within 12 hours, vs. U.S. Heating not even returning my phone call. You are officially warned!
