This place is great for singles as well as families. I’ve lived here for 2 years, and I’ve had an amazing experience with them. The place is kept up very nicely, and the staff is always warm and welcoming to me, no matter what the issue. I always see workers keeping up the landscaping, the pool area, and the guys make sure there is no litter on the ground, etc… They have not increased my rent since I moved in, they allow large dogs, and each unit has a washer/​dryer. The gym isn’t great, but they’re still working on it. The pool area makes up for it though. It even has an outdoor kitchen area! I’m a single female living alone, and the whole complex feels very safe and secure, day or night. I have to move away, otherwise I’d stay until I made the decision to buy a house. I’ll definitely miss this place.

Springs Colony is another apartment complex for displaced college kids. The units are simply put together with surplus cabinetry, cheap pile carpet, and dusty popcorn ceilings.
Not exactly the safest place to live with ominous town cars idling at all hours of the night, the drop box has been broken into, loosing everyone’s rent checks, and one of the buildings was burned to the ground over some sort of dispute. Seriously, burned to the ground.
