Just discovered this place and so glad that I did. I havent had any of their drinks, all I have had is the frozen yogurt, and it was delicious… not to mention the prices are great as well. It wasnt busy when I went so there was no one at the counter but when she heard the door she came out of the back and handed me little testing cups, she was very nice. Great place for some froyo after dinner!

This was one of the most underwhelming experiences I’ve ever had. First of all what’s up with the name… sounds too much like Pei Wei. Gf and I came here for a sweet treat after eating some Chinese and thought some fro-yo or bubble tea would be awesome. But what we got was very disappointing. First sign was, empty counter… there was nobody there to greet us. I had to fake a cough so that someone eventually came out from the back… And although they had what sounded like great flavors: cookies and cream, salted caramel, vanilla bean, taro… they all tasted artificial. Maybe cause they were all no fat or low calorie variations, but that meant artificial flavors. I’m actually more of an original tart guy when i get fro-yo… and this one tasted like yogurt flavored slush. Not good at all. We settled for a taro bubble tea instead of the fro-yo… and unfortunately that too was terrible. Chalky and the taro flavor was very watered down. And they up-charged me for getting it blended instead of just over ice. I didn’t realize using a blender would cost me so much. On a positive note, they did have a good variety of toppings and the boba was actually pretty good. Chewy with the right consistency and amount of sweetness. Probably the only reason why this place didn’t get a one star. I rarely write bad reviews, but man… I was really jonesing for some fro-yo that night! As I write this review, i googled Mei Wei and it means delicious or delicacy… unfortunately this place doesn’t really live up to its name.

Pineapple Milk Tea with Pearls!!! It has been YEARS since I have been able to get this flavor. Really happy that I was able to find it at a place that cooks the tapioca pearls properly. I will definitely stop in when I am in the area again.

All I can say is try the peach tea with the blueberry popping pearls. You definitely will not regret it. Good Job Mei Wei!!!

I’ve been back a few times after the first review I made, aaaaand… it hasn’t gotten much better. Now, I have yet try their frozen yogurt, so this is about their boba tea. I mentioned in my first review that the boba tea tasted like nothing but the powdered flavoring they use and milk mixed together. I’ve had my fair share of delicious boba tea, so this was a huge disapointment. That, added with the fact that the boba(I got rainbow colored boba) was under cooked. Well, most of it was. Since then they’ve gotten a tad better with their recipe: less powder and better blended. Their boba«tea» still taste like powder and milk, but it’s a lil better than the first time I went. But their boba… Gosh, what a shame. I went 4 or 5 times and only once did they have perfectly cooked boba. Otherwise, the boba has been cooked unevenly with half of them being hard in the middle. Gross. Also, if you’re interested in the rainbow boba, they don’t have it all the time. As a matter of fact, they don’t even have a schedule of when they have it(like on the weekends or something). You’ll be lucky if you go in and they have some made. Also, it seems like they have yet to get their liquid-to-ice ratio correct: every time I’ve gone in they would put a small amount of ice making the drink sort of lukewarm. The place is nice and located in a very nice plaza. And the people that work there are very nice. But unless they improve in their boba tea making skills, I won’t be going back.

I’ve been here a couple of times, and it’s been a great experience. Clean environment, love the staff, very nice things. Boba teas are the best! The display of nutrition facts of the yogurt is very helpful to one trying to watch what they eat. Great place :)

This place was very disappointing. I’ve had great boba in the west coast and had been craving boba for a while since I’ve been back in town. When I found out that this place had boba I was excited. The environment is cute, bright, and seems like a nice place to hang out with friends. The worker was friendly as well. However, the boba I tried was mango and my fiancé tried taro and they were both horrible. We asked for our drinks blended but they came back with ice chunks as well as chunks of powder. The boba didn’t taste fresh either. I didn’t even drink half of it before I threw it away and my fiancé did the same. I must say, I’m a fan of frozen yogurt and I didn’t try that here. Unfortunately, because of the bad boba experience, I don’t think I’ll ever go to Mei Wei again.

I love this place! Great people and the best frozen yogurt around! They also have tons of additions to put into your dessert. I definitely recommend coming here.
