I work almost exclusively on consumer matters. I have helped over a thousand families like yours file bankruptcy. I am a debt relief agency. I help people file for bankruptcy using the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

Member of the Florida and Georgia Bars since 1996.

Member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the largest organization of bankruptcy lawyers dedicated to helping Americans experiencing bill problems.

I have performed thousands of real estate closings and I am able to examine and scrutinize documents relating to real estate transactions and mortgages.

I also hold a Florida real estate broker’s license and mortgage broker license.
