Melisssa –One of the best associate– is very quick, sharp and can handle multi-​tasking helping customer in most postive attitude.
Today, we were in lane bryant at Altamonte springs for Memorial day-​evening. Wwe had a great experience in Lane bryant. She was able to quickly come and help my wife Shikha Sridhar to take care of the fitting room quickly, as well, she was able to get us registered and provide some coupon for future.
She has an awesome, outstanding nature to help customers. We can see from her attitude.
WE need to recognize such people who care. Please ensure to send this report to Upper management for Lane Bryant as soon as possible .
They are a great shop to me.

Woooooow… it’s been a while since I came to this store. Or any LB store that either wasn’t in Close-​Out mode or an outlet, so maybe that’s why I was so impressed. I was on a mission for specific basics, but while I was there I saw cocktail dresses, fun and flirty skirts, work out wear, dressy\work clothes and jeans galore!
This store is small, but it is stocked! Everything I looked at had options in every size. I really need to shop in regular stores (vs outlets) more often I guess…
The sale rack was really full too. A little too full in fact, (I couldn’t really move the hangars to see sizes) which is both good and annoying. I was there near closing and expected to be rushed out the door, but the sales ladies were nice and let me do my shopping without pushing me out the door. The fifth star is dedicated to them!
