I saw someone’s review about lack of management and then going through the auto wash when it clearly doesn’t say it will be going through. Both of those problems were on full display today… I didn’t pay for an auto wash. Got my car and there are scratches all over my trunk. There is also a chip on the edge of my driver door like they opened it against something. The manager said «a cat might have got onto your trunk and scratched it.» What??? He refused to even think it was their fault at all. The whole reason I went here in the first place is so I didn’t get an auto wash. Guess I learned the hard way. If you want something done right, do it yourself.

I frequently get my car cleaned in the altamonte area and nowadays they up sell you and before you know it you spent $ 30 and the interior still looks awful. This place does a decent job and they’re quick. I got the in and out wash and it was less than 20 bucks.
I recommend compared to other spots. The do a great job and as a bonus they’re open til 6 on Sundays which is big.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. It all depends on who is doing the detail work. I dropped my GF’s car off for a detail and wax and they left wax all over the car, and I had to go behind them with a compressed air can to get stuff out of the cracks on the interior. Then I’ve gone for a quick exterior wash and had a nice guy named Frank wipe my car down with the care of a master car craftsman.
The one thing I will say is if you are the sort to tip, bring cash. They do not offer cash back and the fee on the ATM is more than most people would tip on just a quick exterior wash, so you either get ripped off or have to the «that guy» who didn’t tip.

Nope… Got the Wheel Deal last night and they forgot to do my wheels … called store spoke to Jeffery. he told me to bring it in the next morning for a redo… I went to get in the car and there were STILL fingerprints on my windshield, dashboard STILL not even dusted, and STILL brake dust on my wheels… if this were my store I would have a manager do a kwik inspection BEFORE they piss off the customer — unless of course no one gives a crap — ??

Only giving them 2 stars because when I actually got my car washed as I requested, it was done thoroughly. My problem with this place is with their management, or lack there of.
The first time I went there it was only because a friend recommended them, and the first thing I did was ask for a hand wash since it was not an option on their ordering system, they made me pay for a $ 38 wash and wrote a note on the receipt, then I walked inside and saw my car being put on the line for the autowash, had to run out and let them know I did not want the autowash and paid for a hand wash, they pulled my car right on time fortunately. That wasn’t the case today. Some other time they even judge me for preferring hand washing and started questioning me as to why I didn’t want the autowash.
Anyway, today I stopped by, and as usual, talked to one of the workers to ensure they knew I wanted a hand wash. I sat inside to wait, didn’t think I needed to keep an eye on my car, but then I noticed it was halfway through the autowash and proceeded to freak out and go find someone that worked there. Yes, they apologized, and refunded my money, but the damage was done. Maybe some people don’t mind autowash, but I do. My car is my baby, it’s the only nice thing I have ever had, and this is why I take it be hand washed, and why I don’t mind paying extra and tipping well for a good service. I don’t think I should have to keep an eye on my car to ensure they do what I paid them to do. I ended up leaving with my car all messed up and smelling horribly because of whatever they use on the autowash.
They’re probably fine for autowash, but don’t go for a hand wash, unless you want to be babysitting the process.

Not impressed. I had streaks of brown, dirty water on my car, and they do not know how to vacuum. Floor mats weren’t even put back correctly.

I am thoroughly surprised by the low rating of this car wash. I have been here twice and my experiences have been nothing but stellar. The first time, I just wanted to call and tell the owner what a great service they do but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone (they were probably too busy providing excellent service to the clients on site). The second time, the power went out after they vacuumed my car and had it in the car wash. They took the car out of the wash and finished it by hand. I would highly recommend this car wash!

Save your $. Not worth it. I have a 3^rd back row that I forgot to lift so they didn’t vacuum. Front window and driver window very streaked. Obvious dog hair missed. Should have checked it before I left. Giving them 1 star because Unilocal requires a star but 1 star is too generous.

I ended up at Images yesterday after trying another car wash in the area where I was completely ignored for long enough to cause me to drive away. At Images I was helped right away. I ordered a «Super Clean» — their highest end wash and went for the extra $ 10 interior treatment. Prices are in line with pretty much anywhere else in the area. The waiting area has comfy leather club chairs and ottomans, what a nice surprise! The cashier and any attendant I saw come through for customers was friendly and everyone appeared to be working hard. My car was indeed Super Clean when it was returned to me. I am highly satisfied with the level of service. I’ll go out of my way to go back.
