The last half dozen times I went to Dunkin Donut locations i was unbelievably disappointed with the customer service. Today for some reason I thought maybe this would be different. However after I got my donuts and asked for 2 cups of water and i was proved horribly wrong. I politely said«can i get two cups of water PLEASE», this ignorant rude animal of a human made eye contact with me then continued on doing a terrible job of making peoples coffe. At that point I about threw the donuts at her face but instead I stood in front of the counter and looked at her for I thought you was getting my water when I heard the ice getting moved around. But of course I was completely wrong again once again thinking the Dunkin Donuts would actually give a damn about the customers. I needed the water because i need to take my medicine with food and LOTSOFWATER! Needless to say I did not get my water and did spend $ 6 for 4 donuts and will not be spending my money here ever again. Also my apple fidder which counts as two doughnuts was not cooked entirety and there was pure raw dough in the middle. THIS was the final straw that broke the camel’s back, never again. America does not run on Duncan… #America_dies_from_Dunkin A real shame I can’t give them a fourth of a star…

I have tried so many times at this location to buy bags of Dunkin Donuts whole bean original coffee. After trying 4 – 5 times without success, I’m giving up on this location.

This is by far the worst location. They never get your order right, the staff is unfriendly, they’re always out of stuff, they have weekly turnover in staff.

Not all Dunkin Donuts are created equal. We’ve gone to this one quite a few times when on 436… but I don’t know, this last dozen that we bought really is sad. Where’s the icing? Why is the whole bigger than the donut?

5 Stars for excellent service! I was sharing with my family that my coffee didn’t have the cream & sugar I asked for, and a manager(I think) overheard me as he was walking out the door with a office bag on his shoulder. The manager, whose name tag said Ric Davis, turned around and went back into the kitchen area still carrying his office bag and brought me cream & sugar! He could have ignored me since clearly his shift was over and he was literally heading out the door, but instead he chose to o above and beyond to serve me. Now THAT is customer service! Dunkin, give that guy a raise!

Horrible experience every time I go here. I am a huge DD fan and frequent the Lake Mary, FL location often. Lake Mary has ten times the traffic and moves people through in lightning speed. This store is dysfunctional, seems understaffed and inattentive to the needs of their customers. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a hot coffee black! They should have a separate speed line for just hot coffee orderers in the AM. I don’t know how these reviews can be positive unless they go in on slow times. I was excited to have a new DD in my neighborhood and chalked up the slow service to opening jitters but now its been several months and they still haven’t figured it out. Bottom line – If you have a lot of time in the morning, feel free to camp out and wait for your coffee. If you are in a rush, there is a Starbucks around the corner.

The friendliest staff & incredibly fast service, which is pretty rare for anywhere in FL! The bathroom is spotless & doesn’t smell like tons of other locations & there is even artwork up on the walls! The coffee truly is the best & I drove over 15 mins for my fix! Where my parents live in FL, they are not as fortunate as I am in Long Island to have a D & D at every corner… literally! As I sip on my French vanilla with ½ & ½ &3 pumps of caramel, I’m elated & truly experiencing coffee euphoria!!! Yes!!! Gotta run on Dunkin because it is America’s favorite coffee, well, at least it’s mine!!!

Open 24 hours, this recently remodeled location is my go-to for late night coffee runs when working at hospital. So if you burn your tongue on a fresh brew an ER is just one parking lot away ;) The outdoor seating area has plenty of tables, each of which has its own overhead ceiling fan. The staff here is friendly, quick, and the local cops who spend just as much time here as the staff does help to keep the location safe. America runs on dunking and when I’m working so do I.

This Dunkin donuts has been in this location for many years, as far back as I can remember. They just recently remodel this location. The staff is great and I love there coffee and donuts but they don’t beat a Krispy Kreme donut, they are second to best though. They offer so many types of donuts and types of coffee, my favorite is the Ice cold Cold coffee. Just like some one noted in a previous post this location is open 24 hours a day and is conveniently located on 436 next to Florida Hospital, parking is small but most of the time there is plenty of spaces.

Upon a revisit, I did notice that this Dunkin’ Donuts is open 24 – 7, which is a great perk if you want a late night fix.

Nice staff. Only charges 99 cents for a refill. Only negative is that they don’t have a drive-thru. boo.

As much as I like donuts this place is just another chain in the long line of chains in Orlando. It’s mediocre at best.
