Established in 2006.

We use the best professional soaps and conditioners available. For example, we use Citrus Star Soap from Flautless (The Cadillac of Soaps) for business shirts — it costs more for us to buy, but it contains Optical Brighteners and special lubrication so your shirts will last longer. We have customers’ items washed over 200 times and they still look great!

We opened in 2000 with the mission of being not only the best Discount Dry Cleaners in the Orlando Area, but the best Dry Cleaners period.

We charge 30% less than other cleaners, many who use lower quality products. Master Cleaner with 42 years experience and third generation cleaner (both Father and Grandfather were cleaners) — certified Dry and Wet Cleaner by the Dry Cleaning institute. JP purchased both Dry Clean Super Store after 25 years experience working in Theater and Corporate events. His experience in wardrobe and fashion shows lead him to the Dry Cleaning industry and piqued his interest to improve quality and find state of the art eco-friendly cleaning solutions.

JP first purchased English Cleaners in Clermont Florida 9 years ago, which he still owns and successfully operates today. JP then purchased a discount cleaner in Altamonte Springs which he has transformed into Dry Clean Super Store — investing sweat, blood, tears and a lot of capital to bring top quality Dry Cleaning solutions and standards to the community. This place is terrible. I brought over 150 pcs to their establishment on one order to use their groupon and first order coupon, I ended up missing 3 slacks and had to bring 2 Suits and a vest back to be re-cleaned, and after waiting for the weekend to pick up on Tuesday, the stains on the suits that I pointed out in the beginning were still there as if they never washed it, laundered it or even pressed it. They literally just tag and rewrap the clothing. Never going there again. Refuse to even take accountability for my missing slacks. Terrible service. Shiesty dry cleaning place. Beware!!!

They always have a Groupon deal going on, but even if they didn’t their prices are very reasonable. Prompt service and I have never had a problem with their services. I do feel bad for the staff since there is no air conditioning and it is about 95 degrees outside. I don’t know how they do it.

Horrible experience. Please do not go here ever!!! Gave my leather jacket more than a couple of months back. They ruined it completely and have the audacity to blame it on the customer. Extremely rude and even though I pointed out finger marks and colour discolorations everywhere they played the blame game back. $ 600 down the drain due to the incompetent ppl out there. To Owner– 2 words, lawsuit and better business bureau.

Really bad! Took some clothes in for both dry cleaning and laundry service. I was told they would be ready the next day after 5. I came the day after they were supposed to be ready and only the laundry was done. None of the dry cleaning was complete. I came back the next day and only some of the dry cleaning was complete, but not all of it. I came back the next day and the dry cleaning was finally complete. They also had to reimburse me for some of the laundry because they lost one item. Every time I tried to pick up the dry cleaning they would roam aimlessly in the back looking for it. That tells me they are unorganized and overwhelmed. Some of the clothes I had dry cleaned were borrowed. I can’t imagine if they would have lost those items. How would I have explained that? Or what if I had an important event and was relying on one of the items I had taken in to be ready? You can’t make promises to customers and not keep them. Terrible service up front as well. Poor attitude and no knowledge of customer service. Please go somewhere else.

I just wanted to let you know that you had me as a customer, for about 2 weeks. I thought you might be interested in how your Altamonte store is being run. I know if I owned a business I would want to know how my customers were being treated and why they might choose to no longer use my business.
I was looking for a dry cleaner because I can’t seem to find one who will not put any starch in my shirts. I found your place on line, read all the wonderful comments and loved the fact that you pick up and deliver for no extra charge. So, I called (every time I have called your store the phone rings a minimum of 10 to 15 times) and made arrangements for a pick up the next morning. The phone conversation was very pleasant but I was not provided with any details. She said she would be by in the morning before 10am, because she had to be at your store at 10am.
Your young lady showed up and took my shirts. The only other thing she seemed interested in was getting a copy of my credit card. She didn’t bring me a bag to put my shirts in, there was no order sheet, she didn’t ask how I wanted my shirts done or when I wanted them back, and she didn’t offer to share with me what your normal turnaround time was. She literally didn’t do anything other than make sure she had the shirts and a photo copy of my credit card. I also thought it was weird that I was never asked for any of my information, like my address or phone number.
So, I told her that I would appreciate no starch on my shirts, and I shared with her that I was coming to your store because I was having a hard time finding someone who would not put starch in my shirts. I had to ask her when they would be brought back and I had to ask for bags to put my clothes in.
My shirts were returned the following Monday and there was starch in them. The ticket attached read, «light starch». All 4 groups of shirts I have sent to your store came back with starch in them. I am also not very happy with the way they were being pressed. My shirts are returned with wrinkles all down the front next to the buttons and the collars look like crap. And, I have never received anything from your team to help me communicate what service I needed, like an order sheet. So, I made my own.

I had an emergency where I needed my work Uniform dry cleaned and pressed for a last minute work detail. Dropped it off at 930am, was ready by 1:30pm…and it cost me around $ 6.50!!! Definitely recommending this place and will go back!

I tried this place a second time, and they ruined another dress. This time they took the time to put a notice on the dress saying the dress was destroyed when they received it. If they dress was destroyed before I brought it in, there would have been no purpose in bringing it in for cleaning.

I was skeptical to come here, because there is only 1 review and it’s negative, but they were great!
I wanted to have my wedding gown dry cleaned here, so I was especially concerned. I called the store to ask about their policies if garments are damaged, and the owner/manager called me back personally to reassure me that the one negative review is not characteristic of their business. I told him I would take a risk and bring my gown there (I had a coupon) and if they did a great job, I would write them a great review.
Dry Cleaning/Pressing of Wedding Gown
Perfect! I was amazed… not a spot to be found anywhere… I thought the underside (that dragged along the ground) would surely remain dirty, but nope! Spotless and no wrinkles. Also their normal price for gown cleaning is less expensive than other places. it was about $ 120 or so for my wedding gown (with a train… plenty of material).
Customer Service
Okay, but they could use some improvement here. For something as important as a wedding gown, wouldn’t you expect them to call you to let you know when it is ready? Maybe that’s not the norm, but it’s what I would expect… I paid hundreds for that dress… it wasn’t a $ 10 shirt…
Alterations
I’m short (5’1″) and I have a hard time finding pants that fit properly. I’m always stepping on my pants or have to wear uncomfortable high heels, because I am nervous about getting pants hemmed — they usually do them too high! The lady at Dry Clean Super Store, though, did it perfectly. They’re exactly the length I wanted.
