Dainty Nails and Spa

I really enjoyed my experience here. It is so hard to find a nail salon that I like and trust. Kim did a great job on my nails. They have a huge selection of gel and glitter acrylic colors to choose from. The pedicures are very sanitary with plastic bags in the tubs.

Originally I gave one star because my basic pedi/​gel coat ended up being a basic pedi/​nail polish! I’ve never gotten gel done before and honestly I’ve always done my own nails. I didn’t know what to look until she talked me into getting a mani/​gel too. That’s when I realized she didn’t do gel because it’s a totally different process lol. I was so pissed because it was raining outside and I knew the polish wouldn’t be set by the time I had to leave. They have the individual dryers for just one hand/​foot at a time and hers kept shutting off and then not coming back on etc etc. Ughhh Fast forward to all the gel on my fingernails being crooked and obvious gaps on the edges left undone (she said it was the neon colors that didn’t dry right then shrunk for some reason)! At this point I was so over this place and had to leave anyway! I’m in my car and the polish on my big toe already had 2 scrapes on it! I cancelled my plans and walked back in to have her at least redo my toes with gel. She said it would cost an extra $ 15 and before I started to argue, I just took a deep breath and said «I just want it done right»! We sat down and she immediately offered to redo do everything for the $ 15! So I picked out black (instead of pink) and she redid everything. She was really nice, really good at what she does but you could tell if she could cut corners somewhere and you either didn’t notice or care then she would just let it ride! Long story short, I got home and my other big toe gel didn’t dry properly in between coats and bubbled up! I went back the next day lol and had them fix it. They did with no problem so I figured I would give an extra star lol! This place really could be good and I truly wanted to love it since there’s not much in town but NO! Lol… I would rather drive out of the way to a great well known shop/​pay more then take a chance of going through that again! Sorry not sorry

Just moved here from California and tried this place based on Unilocal reviews. Most expensive nail salon I’ve ever been to, even compared to overpriced Southern California shops. Got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a standard pedi and it was $ 72! Without tip! She also cut my acrylic tips too short and apologized at the the end. To top it off, my nails started popping off within two weeks. No.

I hate the idea of pedicures… I prefer taking care of things myself. But I am old and chubby, and keeping my toenails under control requires more contortionist skills than I have. So off I went to Dainty Nails.
It was great! A young woman named Katie took care of me. She was careful, pleasant, and very skilled. I was expecting to have the same kind of reaction that I have with my dental hygienist. You know, the OK let’s just get this over with. Instead, I found the procedure rather pleasant.
I am now convinced that an occasional, affordable, respectful trip to this spa is going to be on my calendar from now on.

Best pink and white in town? False. My technician looked half awake and bothered throughout the whole procedure. My nail extensions were clearly visible when he’d set the white tip, and once I’d brought this up, he assured me he would take care of the situation by putting a glittery pink base on top. Not what I wanted, but I went with it and now my nails look incredibly juvenile. I was so over my technician that I decided against a pedicure. Two days later, one of my nails cracked for no good reason, and I haven’t had the time to fix it. Not planning on coming back any time soon.

Best gel manicure ever! Place is very clean, the staff is very professional, excellent place, finally a nail spa that i don’t have nothing negative.

First time in the area and needed a good nail place as my nail broke on my way up from Ft Lauderdale for vacation, Unilocaled nearby places and found this hidden GEM! My girl Ashely did my nails and she is THE BOMB!!! She did the cutest Disney design on my nails and I couldn’t be happier :)

2^nd time here, Van did such a Wonderful Job. I called today and asked for her. She was in and so far an Awesome legs and feet massage. The chairs also are wonderul 3 settings for automatic massage.

Not bad at all. .:)…no crazy ass procedures. bet simple basic pedi… i had Ashley she speaks English perfect.. ask for her. :)

I love this place. The staff is super friendly. The environment was relaxed, clean and professional. The staff are all licensed and professional displaying their license at each booth. Great pricing and no pressure up sales. I couldn’t find my phone and they still worked with me to schedule an appointment same day via email, however they do also accept walk ins. The work that I got was a mani/​peti and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenominal service. My nails are perfect every time. The gel has lasted for over three weeks without a single chip on any nail. Very accommodating for my entire bridal party and their moms this past August as well!!! 12 of us, and they brought us wine, champagne, etc. Thank you thank you thank you!

I stopped here because they are open late (which is difficult to find in a nail salon). Everyone was friendly. Ben helped me with my nails and was very attentive and funny. The nails were filed neatly on the sides and cuticles — which are the areas that are always first to lift. I think for this reason they have stayed on for a long time. Great place. Thanks Ben!

Walked in today for a nail repair and was very impressed with this salon! The place was upbeat, CLEAN and the staff was really friendly. Peter quickly fixed my nail, thank goodness! :) I will definitely return!

Absolutely awful. Please don’t waste your time. My nails looked horrible, were bumpy and dull. I was embarrassed to be seen in public
