Custom Tint Window Tinting

If the way they handle the phones is any indication of how well they do the job, I do not recommend this company. I purchased a groupon and scheduled my appointment. I needed to reschedule my appointment, and called to do so but no one answered all day. I eventually left a message on their machine requesting a call back, as the recorded message indicated to do. No return call was ever received. I called yesterday to reschedule again and was offered a new appointment, had the situation ended there it would have been fine. Instead the person I spoke with called me back stating that I was never called because I did not call to contact within 24 hrs. I explained to him I attempted to contact the company numerous time but the phones were not being answered. He proceeded to raise his voice and yell at me. I stopped him and explained he did not need to raise his voice, his response was to explain he was not yelling and if he were it would sound like this… as he began screaming. I disconnected and quickly contacted groupon for a refund. My suggestion is to stay away from this company!

They did a great job quickly, and at a phenomenal price. I used a Groupon, and I did not have any of the problems some the other reviewers wrote about. I STRONGLY disagree that these guys try to screw you over with fine print. If anything, you should be mad at Groupon for not telling you, up front, that you still have to pay sales tax. I mean, come on. Really? I thought the only certain things in life are death and taxes? They charged me an extra ten dollars to do my tiny windows next to my rear windows. I tried to tint my own windows, so I feel pretty confident in claiming that ten dollars is an EXTREMELY fair price to do those windows perfectly.
Here’s the short of it: you can get your windows tinted in the time it takes to get your oil changed at, roughly, the price of a full synthetic oil change.

Loved the fine print on their LivingSocial deal that jacked the price for tint on my Jetta up to what an SUV would cost. Then the roid-​jacked (LOL, receding hairline, dead giveaway) manager?/owner?/whatever had the gall to say «didnt your mother teach you to read before you buy something?» Yeah, because fine print isnt designed to screw customers?

4^th vehicle and always great results. I notice all the reviews here since the last time I wrote mine have been crazy, but I have done most of my cars here and also all my friends and family. What I notice is GP and living social deals. My personal opinion is every thing that is discounted have restrictions and people just don’t know what it takes to run a business. Before you buy anything call or find out if is good for you instead of leaving a bad review for a place is is actually very professional and they know what they doing. Pay for what you getting instead of wining about it. You need to respect the business rules and regulations if you want to be treated with respect. People drive small business out business just to save a buck here and there focus on the quality.

Got the groupon and they did my windows. I noticed some air bubbles on one window and I told the guy about it. He said it was water and would dry but clearly it wasn’t water. I waited to 5 days curing time and returned to show them the air bubble. They told me it was best to make an appointment to fix it so I did. They told me it would take 30 mins so I could wait. I showed up for the appt. and I waited 2.5 hours. Super annoying. I gave 2 stars only because they did fix it but I wouldn’t go back for any of my other cars.

Just came back to have my new car tinted here. They started on time, finished quickly and did a great job.
This makes the fourth car I have had tinted here and I have nothing but praise to share.

This is not a review in regards to the actual tint job, as I was never able to even schedule the appointment. I just purchased a new vehicle that did not have tinting on the windows. Since I suffer from sensitivity to light and migraines, it’s important that I have some tinting in the car for my long rides to and from work. I purchased a Groupon for this since they had a deal available and (even though the few bad reviews were in regards to this), I took a chance and decided to get it. I knew I was going to schedule it for a weekday, so I didn’t think I would have the same problem as others mentioned. However, when I called, I scheduled the appointment for the day and time I needed it (They had plenty of spots available that day), yet after confirming everything, I mentioned the Groupon and was immediately told that they only accepted 3 Groupon customers per day and that they were scheduling for 3 weeks out! When I mentioned that I really needed it sooner, he said that it was the soonest. Honestly, what difference does it make that it’s a Groupon. It’s a prepaid service and they should be wanting more business! However, when I said I would likely need to cancel the Groupon purchase, he said «Okay, no problem». If you do not want to honor this offer and make it impossible for people to use it, why offer it? Needless, to say, I rather pay a little more and have decent customer service elsewhere. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

Attempted to utilize a Living Social with this company to tint my wife’s car, but they would not allow an appointment until a month later. Said they only do 3 vouchers a day. «John» even said they could get me in next day but that was only for full paying customers. He the hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager/​owner but got nowhere. I called living social and got my money back.
Sad part is I had my Audi tinted here 2 years ago and had good service, what happened custom tint orlando?
Don’t you care about your customer? Repeat business? Word of mouth?

Great service i set appointment and John was great amd he started well before my time. Great work and i am very impressed. I would recommend this business and plan on bringing more cars to him in the future

Attempted to utilize a Groupon with this company, but they would not allow an appointment on the weekend. Instead of being customer service-​oriented and abiding by the terms of the deal, the associate mentioned that it would simply be best for me to return the Groupon.
I’ll gladly take our business elsewhere. Even if the rule had been in place, you really should disclose it on the terms of the deal. Not good business practice all around and the individual answering the phone needs some guidance on assisting customers properly – even if the information is not something that they want to hear.

Called to see what their prices were and see if they had any available appmnts. They didn’t pressure sell anything and answered all questions I had. They were even willing to set the tint up for the state we are moving to. Came in early for my appmnt and was taken care of in short order. Guys were very professional and fast. I was in and out within 45 mins, and on Christmas eve. Would definitely recommend.

Based off Unilocal reviews and speaking to the lady over the phone about tinting my windows, I purchased a Groupon to get my 4 door vehicle tinted. Appointment was made for Monday at 1pm, showed up at 12:50, the lady was not there, just a disgruntled man. Didn’t say hello, one minute, nothing… just walked back and forth from the counter to the back about 4 times then finally said «what’s your voucher number», started off the bat with bad customer service. I gave it to him, he told me to mark it as «redeemed», I did, then he said he needed to see my phone to make sure I did it.
Anyway, they have three tint options, I would classify as «good, better, and best». He immediately began upselling, telling me the package my groupon was for is for the «lower end» tint that would only last 1 – 2 years because it would fade. I get that this package was less than $ 75, but why would anyone want to spend that money for only 1 – 2 years of tint? Anyway, he tells me that the middle package is far more superior, and would be an additional $ 40. Eh, whatever, I tell him that’s fine. Then, it’s an additional $ 40 to tint my quarter windows! (I was expecting to pay an additional $ 20 based off my previous conversation over the phone, but apparently its $ 20 per Quarter window, not $ 20 for both, which is misleading) So how we’re at an additional $ 80. The guy is already huffing and puffing because I tell him I want to think about it and give me a minute, I tell him ok let’s do it. Then he charges me sales tax of $ 13, I question him about it, as previous reviews say if you pay cash there’s no sales tax. he argues with me more saying that doesn’t apply for groupons… I then give him my credit card, and then I ask him if its possible to do 20% in the front, sure he can, it would be an additional $ 30!!! I ask him why? He says, very rudely «because you want me to break the law… and for me to do something illegal. that’s gonna cost you». Are you kidding me? I’m asking for 20%, not limo tint, and I’ve had 3 vehicles tinted 20% before this and all I had to do was sign a waiver, no extra charge. I tell him I feel very uneasy with all these additional charges (we are now up to $ 110, plus the $ 75 for the groupon = $ 185), he tells me anywhere else I go will be $ 250+ (Which I know is not true) I tell him I don’t think that’s true, let me make a phone call to discuss-​then he cuts me off, then throws, yes throws my credit card at me and says, and I quote «ya know what… I don’t want to tint your f***king windows, take your business elsewhere». My sister and I just stood there in disbelief. Yes, maybe I was indecisive over my options, because I did not know it would be such a hassle, but he was extremely rude and there is NO reason why anyone should brag about their Unilocal reviews and yet talk to a customer like that. I told him fine, I didn’t trust his shadiness anyway and wanted a refund for my groupon. He told me I already marked it as redeemed, so «good luck getting your money back».
Unbelievable. I have already filed complaints with the BBB and the State for tax evasion. I have filed a complaint with Groupon, who quickly refunded my money, and apparently I’m not the only one to call and want a refund from this place.
I wouldn’t trust this guy or this company if the window tint was free!

Amazing customer service! They even replaced one film I had in my car that didn’t stick correctly for free without a problem. Extremely friendly. Professional tint at an affordable price. Extremely recommended!

After reading all the reviews for this place, I decided to stop in and talk with them about tinting my new Prius. The lady at the front was very courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the different tint options and offered me a great deal when I showed her the Unilocal offer.
They were able to fit me in right away, and about an hour after walking in, I was driving away with a beautiful tint job on my car.
I’ll agree the waiting room could use an upgrade, a tv, some cleaning, but it was cool (had air conditioning) and relatively comfortable.
I’d highly recommend this place to anyone needing a tint job.

Bought a Groupon a few months back for my Audi A4 Convertible. Just moved from California where you can barely tint your car because police will ticket you in a heartbeat. I was so excited to get a darker tint, made an appt for a Sat morning. I brought my car in, they explained to me what was covered in the Groupon rate, I opted to pay a little more for a better film. They were done in a few hours. The tint looked great and revamped the look of my car! The sales lady was very informative and told me how to take care of it. They were very thorough and made sure you understood. It’s been a few months and the tint still looks great and I am very happy with the service and quality!

Based on other reviews I think obviously it is important to call before you book/​buy. I did this before I checked the Unilocal reviews so I have no gripe about the add on to my original fee. Customer service was great and the receptionist, Rachel, was very accommodating. The tint application was excellent and I think they completed the entire car in about 35 minutes. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is bcuz I wish the tint was a little darker.

I brought my Audi A4 here the other day because I found the place on Unilocal.Unilocal only gives companies less than 50% of what they charge, so the companies can sometimes be a little bitter about that, understandably.
I called them and told them I saw the Unilocal add but understood how Unilocal rips companies off and they offered me even better deals than Unilocal could, and they were very appreciative.
It was a little confusing getting there, multiple places on this street have the same address so I got lost. Your best bet is to enter Kirby Vacuum into your GPS and that’ll take you next door to this place.
The lady at the front desk is super friendly, she explained all the different options of tint, and even showed me what they looked like on different cars. I went with the high performance tint.
I went to the Golds Gym just up the street while I waited and once I got back my car was all finished. It looked great, no bubbles or anything. Like any other tint job, you can’t roll your windows down for 3 days. They gave me a little paper to stick over my window button so I wouldn’t accidentally ruin everything. I almost have multiple times, so good thing I have that reminder!
I’ll definitely be back here to get my tail lights slightly tinted, only $ 50 plus they gave me a 20% off coupon for my next service!

I am SO angry right now I can’t see straight. Last week I went in at 2pm on Sat to get my windows tinted. I had asked if I needed to get my car cleaned before I brought it in the girl said no it’s fine. When I got there… They said the car did need to be cleaned so I said ok then I can go get it cleaned now or bring it back the same time next week. The guy started ranting about groupon people not showing up and no money was coming in when they did a Groupon. I said. sorry but money did come in, I paid and I asked if I should have it cleaned AND I was here on time. 3 people and my self discussed and we all agreed to meet at 2pm on Sat for them to put the tint in my windows.
Sat at 1pm I go by cause they said please come early if I could — I did and it was closed. I waited out side until 2:15 and NO one showed up. Long story short they blew me off and my windows arent tinted.
Here is the voicemail that was left clearly stating I had a 2pm appointment and yep — they screwed me.

So, I have been meaning to post a review for this place since I got my car tinted there over a month ago but couldn’t find the time until now. I want to start off by saying that the first time I contacted them was to get information about the brand they use (I think it’s global films but not positive…) and the man that I initially spoke to was not the friendliest.
BUT! It gets better. I purchased a Groupon for my 4-​door Chevy Cruze and when I called to book an appointment the next day I spoke to a very sweet lady. She got me in the next day (luckily someone had just cancelled) and she was even kind enough to give me directions. When I arrived the next morning she was very helpful explaining the different kinds of tint from the basic (which my Groupon provided) to the upgrades. I decided to go with the reflective tint, one step up from the basic.
The Groupon was $ 90 and the reflective upgrade would’ve been an additional $ 30 but she gave me an awesome deal that I won’t disclose in case it was too awesome… Her name was Rachel and I would recommend this business just because of her! The tint also looks great and I’m really glad I upgraded.

They did a good job. But since i had a coupon from half off depot they were a bit quick to get me in and out and not seemingly interested in going the extra mile.
