My name is Dominick Pappalardo. I started my business in 2004. After working in many different areas of construction such as: HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing I decided to work for myself. I have been able to put my 20 plus years of experience to work for my clients. I have been able to help thousands to understand the true condition of the Home they are considering purchasing. They were able to make educated and sound decisions based on thorough inspection reports which reveal the good and bad of each home. Our homes are far more than just a financial investment. It is where our family flourishes. It needs to be safe, secure and manageable. While a Home Inspector can not tell you to buy or walk away from a deal. It is our responsibility to provide our clients with the information needed to make the best decision for themselves and there family.

Business Owner

I was born on Long Island New York. I grew up learning the family trade which was Marble and Tile installation. I learned to remodel Kitchen and Bathrooms from my father. I continued my education and became a Certified HVAC Technician. After moving to Florida in 1997 I worked for an Electrical Contractor. I soon found an opportunity to work for a Mechanical Company, which did both Plumbing and HVAC installation. When the HVAC side was slow I was put to work with the Plumbers. Although at the time I did not appreciated it, I later realized how beneficial it was to be trained in so many different trades.
