LA Content and Copywriting grew from serving the needs of business owners and professionals during the past 10 years.
Don Simkovich, principal, had a career in the non-profit sector, worked with regional online agencies, and did marketing and sales for diverse companies like Home Depot and a boutique business management firm in the Inland Empire. His solutions for companies always came back to presenting their content in the best light possible.
In 2013, after several copywriting assignments he decided to formalize his company and approach to creating content.

Don Simkovich has written professionally online, print, radio, and video for over 25 years. He brings creative flair and a managerial understanding to each project.
Don watched management transitions occur in an established nonprofit early in his career and saw how goal setting and strategy must join hand-in-hand with creative messaging and content.
He worked for nearly a decade pre-Internet using print brochures and public relations to expand the program of another organization from 1 county to a 3 county service area and relay mission critical information to strategic partners.
Don has a BA in English Writing and Speech Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2001, he earned a Master’s degree in Communication Management from University of Southern California to strengthen his ties between creative and management.
