Cal Smog – Altadena Smog Pros

It’s that time of my car’s life when she’s gotta get her old ass hooked up to machines and checked out. I came in, asked about prices and then showed the man my Unilocal!Deal. He knocked the $ 15 bucks from the price (bringing my total to $ 50) and got me in and out.
I am no longer an «incomplete registration.» Yay!

Stopped to get gas here and decided to look into getting my smog test done. He got me in right away, was professional and courteous. Highly recommend. Returning for subsequent smog tests is a no brainier.

I was got my truck ready to pass my smog test at Brake Masters cause my check engine light was on. I was going to stop at the smog station just up the street but as I pulled in they needed to move a car out and so I had to pull back into the street to let the car out. So, I just went down the street, and was I glad I did!
I arrived and there was no one in front of me, so I got right in. I’ve had smog tests before, but I found this smog center to be cleaner and more organized then any I’ve been to. The smog tech was very professional and it passed. They took my debit card as payment and I was on my way. Awesome.

Not only does he have the best price in Altadena area but the owner, Vic, also provides the best service your money can buy. His work ethic goes above and beyond what is required of him to offer. He was honest with me about the condition of my car from the very get go! My check engine light was on before I got to him and he warned me before he even did the smog check that it wouldn’t pass. So he suggested I get it fixed before I paid for the smog check. I told him to go ahead and check it anyway because I didn’t think my car was repairable. Then he spent the next four days helping me find the cheapest way to get my car to pass. This kind of honesty, sincerity and helpfulness is so rare to find anywhere in any kind of business. If you take your car there you won’t regret the service. He is also really quick about getting your car done so you can be in and out of there in about 20 min. I highly, highly recommend getting your smog check done here!!!
