Established in 2002.

Access Computer Systems Corporation was founded by Mike Herbert, CEO. The company has always lead the way for small and medium sized businesses to have a true «IT Department» without the expense of full time employees.

Access Computer Systems provides «Big Business» Technology Services for the Small Business Community. We have an Engineering Staff with years of experience to oversee all IT operations. We provide easy to use online support tools that make your tech support needs run smoothly.

After retiring from Commercial Fishing on 1996, Mike started pursuing a career in technology. The work made sense, it was easy for him; it was just like working with engines and advanced hydraulic systems that were present in the commercial fishing industry.

After becoming a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in late 1999, Mike took a job with a Small Business Network Consulting company. As the lead IT Solution Designer, he eventually became the lead Sales Engineer for Gateway Corporation by handling all the Small Business Sales for the Gateway Country Stores in Southern California from 1999 – 2002

During the time working with the Gateway Stores Mike saw the need for a company that really took the time to be a part of a small business, to learn everything about how a small business operates and how to properly fill the need. Access Computer Systems Corporation was officially created in April 2002 and Mike Herbert has been helping manage small business IT needs ever since.
