Tim and his staff are very helpful in fixing my car problems and did it quick. They have excellent prices. They are friendly and take their time to explain how and what they are going to do to fix your car.

Once again Tim has come to my rescue. I took my Toyota to Crown Toyota to have an oil leak diagnosed. I was told that the problem was an Idle Speed Control Valve in addition to other related problems. The price I was quoted by Crown Toyota was $ 1300.00. Having had good experiences with Tim (Manager) before I decided to get a quote from him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted me his price. It was $ 400.00 less than Crown and included a new air filter and wiper blades. Needless to say, Tim and his gang can do the big jobs too and most likely save you a lot of money. He’s one of the good guys and these days they are very hard to find. I highly recommend Tim and his team.

My Tire went soft on the 210 freeway. I pulled off and into this station. Mechanic offered to put spare on for $ 15. After I agreed, the manager came up to me and said I was mis-​quoted and that it was $ 20. He then tried to sell me a tire. That 5 bucks cost him any business I would give him in the future. I live nearby and stopped there for gas often. I’ll never do business here again.

Update — amazing service once again. I had a flat tire on my way to hike and I called them and Tim assisted me right away and took out the nail/​fixed the flat in 15 mins. The price is the same as any other place but the service is better than others.

I just took my car here for a smog test today and Tim couldn’t have been more helpful. I didn’t plan ahead, so I never made an appointment. He said that he could run the test, but that it would take 45 minutes. I was a bit pressed for time so I said told him that I would come back. But, Tim made it work! He took my car in right away and it was ready 30 minutes later. It was definitely appreciated. As an added bonus, Tim is also super friendly.

My car broke down a few miles from the station and was towed there that night. The attendant on duty politely took care of me and Tim called me back first thing the next morning. He was friendly yet professional and up front with me in every way. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and called me back with a thorough explanation and reasonable estimate. I highly recommend them. I’m glad to have had the chance to meet them, I’m only sad that my car died and that’s how it happened.

Tim and staff at Haven 76 is my go to place for all my car service needs. Friendly, honest, clear recommendations with options, and reliable. Earlier this year, my transmission started going crazy and I found out there was a recall on the issue but my car was out of the years/​mileage for repair. I got the ECM part and Tim and staff installed it for next to nothing in quick time. Then, last month the engine on my trusty old car died on my way to work which is way out of the area. Besides the stress of kicking myself that it was my fault it ran out of oil, all I could think is getting my car to Tim. When the tow truck company finally dropped off my car that evening, Haven 76 signed for it so I did not have to schlep out of my house after a long day and started to see what they could do. Tim gave me options about repair and costs, and let me take my time deciding what to do (i“m still deciding). Never any pressure to get my car which was there for a month. Tim also gave me advice about what to look for in used cars (mileage, car type) to help me better assess whether repair or new purchase is worth it. If I go with repair, Tim will do it. To have a local mechanic shop treat customers in that old fashioned way, you know, like they care about you and your business is wonderful.

I’ve been living in Rancho Cucamonga for almost all my life. Even though Tim the manager at the gas station & his excellent crew arrived in town barely two years ago, I consider him an honorary Cucamongan because he’s as honest w/​u as he can be & his promise as strong as wood. I recently took 2 Mercedes over for repair, on one of them the door didn’t lock automatically. His initial diagnosis was a failed door actuator & proceeded to order the replacement parts. It turned out it was a piece rod that broke in half. Rob the head technician told me the truth & Tim didn’t swindle me like other places by installing parts I don’t need; I’m a customer for life!

Best in class service. Tim and his team are very knowledgable and give top notch service. They ordered & replaced all 4 tires and an oil change in 2 hours. In addition, they called me the day after to make sure the tires were running smoothly and that I had no problems. What a nice touch and added customer service! I will definitely return to Tim’s shop!

I didn’t catch the clerks name working this thanksgiving evening, I was in need of some propane for my RV and no one was filling propane tanks on thanksgiving apparently. But the older gentlemen that said ok at this gas station was hands down one of the nicest guys I have ran into all year. If my truck wasn’t full I would have filled up. All I can say is that the customer service was great and I would go back!
If more people were like this man the world would be a heck of allot nicer place. I’m getting tired of people who work at local gas stations always in a bitter mood but not here.

I’ve driven by this service station countless times and have never so much as stopped for gas. It just so happened that I needed my oil changed today, and these guys were close. Holy cow… What a hidden gem! These guys are quick, professional and above all honest. Tim is the man here, and you’ll be hard pressed to find a more personable, on-​the-​level guy around here.
These are my go-​to guys from here on out.

Got an oil change and immediately when I picked it up my gas gadge said empty even though there was gas in there and there was an orange light on. Of course they denied it despite it immediately after. A man was helpful and said he would be there for my appointment but when I took it in he wasn’t. I got it diagnosed and they said it was something wrong that other car places think has nothing to do with it. Then when I went to pick up my car and a guy made me stand there waiting while he just kept working. Not getting work done there ever again! It truly ruined my day and wasted my money.

For a couple of years they did an A-​1 job with my 2008 jeep, but now that its sold they are my number one choice for my new/​used truck (2006 Toyota Tundra). I took it down there and Tim bent backwards for me again. Not only do they work on your vehicle, but they take whatever time needed to explain everything in full. They are very honest and WILL NOT do any unnecessary work. Thanks Tim, its great to be able to tell others that I have an excellent/​honest mechanic. Thanks for your old school customer service, something we don’t see much anymore.

I’m leaving a second review, because my other review was filtered for some reason? I live right up the street from this place and ended up going there because it is close.
Well it turns out the owner is really a decent guy. He texted me a picture of the progress and kept me updated during my last visit. He seems very honest about pricing and what needs to be done in the future. I didn’t find it outrageously expensive, it seemed like a good deal. I replaced my brakes and got an oil change. They are 24 hours which means I can pick up my car whenever.

Prices were kinda high for the area, but I was in a rush and did not want to drive around. The attendants were very kind. And restroom were very clean. All in all friendly and clean station.
