Established in 2001.

My name is Gina Shackelford and I am the owner of Women’s Fitness Club. I feel like you start a business with a certain goals in mind, but this place has turned into a calling. The ladies of Women’s Fitness have bless me by allowing me to be a part of not only their fitness journey, but also their lives.

I have tried many gyms and this is my favorite. It is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. They have a great selection of classes and the best part is you are surrounded by encouraging women, zero judgement. So happy to have this gym close to home.

I’ve belonged to this gym for just over 2 years, and I love it. The classes are awesome, the instructors are great and so motivating. They have all the equiptment
you could need and the most important thing is it’s women only. The owner Gina is so nice and everyone is friendly! I love going to this gym, it’s definitely one of a kind!!!

I love going to this gym! The trainers/​instructors are great and motivating and the owner Gina is awesome. The gym is very welcoming and the staff and members are all very friendly. I really enjoy the classes that are offered and I like that it is all women. They have plenty of equipment to choose from and the gym is clean and organized. It is a great place to workout!

I’ve been a member of this club since it opened. I like that it is small and for women only. Everyone is very friendly and the trainers/​teachers are top-​notch, especially Krista, Lisa P, and June. There are classes which are included in your membership at no extra charge and private training sessions at a fee. The owner, Gina, is great… she’s very committed to gym patrons & what is good for them, changing/​adding classes as needed… even throwing a Christmas party for them each year.

Been a member here for a long time. Overall a good gym with plenty of equipment and classes available. My only complaint, which seems to be an ongoing issue, Is the cleanliness of the tanning bed rooms. The trash cans in the rooms are almost always overflowing with trash and the floors are filthy. The only chair in the tanning room that you use to sit down on to change your clothes is extremely filthy also. They’re only two tanning rooms and they’re very small… I don’t see why the employees can’t clean these rooms occasionally or more often than they do. They should be doing this at the beginning or end of their shift & checking it in between When they aren’t busy. They should also be cleaning the beds occasionally with a stronger bleach type solution than what’s provided in the rooms. I realize that this is a gym and not a tanning salon place, but the tanning beds are part of the gym and it is a real turn off to see dirty unkempt rooms, which ultimately is not going to attract more business to this place.
