Dynamo Towing & Repair

Don’t even think about calling them. I had to use their wrecker service for my car last week. The experience was absolutely horrible. The service manager sounded drunk and the tow truck driver was in a lousy mood.
The tow truck driver commented to me that if my car was not driveable that he wouldn’t be able to tow it. I was like whats the use of a tow truck, if you can’t take it. He gets into the car and hooks it up to the back to pull it. That got me worried because that is not I had envisioned at all.
In addition, the tow truck driver drove off with my car without even asking me anything. I went to lock the door and come outside and he was gone. I got worried and called the service manager back. He answered the phone with «What». I overheard the tow truck driver state to the service manager he was already on the freeway and was not coming back to get me. I was livid.
I had to pray my car made it to the repair guy safely. Luckily it did. Nonetheless, this was a horrifying experience.
For those that have AAA or any other auto club service, make sure you indicate that you don’t want Dynamo.
