Established in 1983.

Starting in his garage, Owner Jim DeGrado has built Cardinal Building Maintenance, Inc. to what it is today. We originated as a start-​up window washing service in the early 80’s. Since then, Jim and his team have established Cardinal as a premier, service oriented, facility solution provider.

Dating back to his roots as a window washer, Jim has not only been running the show behind the scenes but he is also the person you’ll see in your office doorway. With over 30 years experience in the cleaning service industry, Jim continues to lead Cardinal Building Maintenance, from behind his desk and out in the field.
