I normally don’t write reviews or give feedback, but must give credit when due. Can’t say enough about Bob and his team at All-​Guard. Bob is a guy that really pours his heart and soul in to this mom and pop auto business. Working 12 – 16 hour days, Bob has been in the store every time I came in for service. He has always took the time to personally explain exactly what they did to our vehicles, how it works and make sure we were satisfied. These guys really do care about there customers and work hard to get stuff right. I have taken 5 of our vehicles to him and every time I’ve experience great service. He stands behind his products and installation. I did have one radio malfunction and without question Bob replaced it with a brand new unit the same day. I tell friends and family that this is the only place to go for sound systems and remote starters, period! Bob and his guys make stuff work. Bob has always been upfront and honest with me. If he thinks that a particular product your interested isn’t right or recommend for your vehicle, he will tell you straight up. Everything we’ve had done by them has always been exceptional and flawless work. Our cars were always returned clean and in order, couldn’t even tell anyone had even been the car. I would recommend Bob and his guys at All-​guard.

I can’t say enough about Bob and the guys at All-​Guard. I’m a happy, repeat customer because of their great service. I had my window tints installed there as well as a remote start/​alarm system. Professional isn’t strong enough a word to describe them! They installed my tints/​alarm quickly, professionally, to the point where they look like they came with the car. When I had a problem with the remote transmitter for my alarm (a manufacturer defect not their fault at all!) they replaced the transmitter free of charge, no questions asked! HIGHLY recommend! I will be going back for any other aftermarket auto product I need.

I seriously cannot say how wonderful these people are!!! I bought a vehicle, dropped it off to have them install an auto remote start however when I came to pick up my car, I was told NO CHARGE!!! Apparently one was already installed and they even showed me how to use it!!! Not many HONEST people are out there now a day but at All Guard, they surely were. I will NEVER go anywhere else… Thank You!!!

So I got a new used car and I needed a Class 3 hitch for it. I went to U-​Haul and got a price, and for some reason I stopped to see Bob Cozza the owner of All Guard. Bob has done alarms for me since the mid 80’s but I never knew he could do a hitch. The price was about the same as U-​Haul but that’s where it ends. The employees at All Guard are not kids, they are highly trained professionals who take pride in their work. These new cars have special wiring needs what with LED lights and so. I don’t even know where the converter is because they mounted out of the way, the only thing I can see is the wire that I plug into the trailer. In the interest of being fair like I said I’ve know Bob since the late 80’s, he’s still in the same location because people that moved away still come back to All Guard for fair and expert service. Thanks to Bob and his techs and Sandy for another job well done.

This is some of the best customer service you will ever come across. They are always so helpful and willing to work around your schedule and your needs.
They completely stand by all work that they perform and if you ever have any kind of issue with anything they so they will solve. I highly recommend this place. I have had them install starters on multiple cars and so have my family. They also tinted my windows and installed sound systems. And all their work is great. My family has had hands free devices installed. Everything they do is amazing and i highly recommend you check them out. They even fixed uhauls mess ups on my wiring for my tow hitch.

This place has been pretty busy everytime i’ve been there… prpbably because of their craftsmanship. Bob is the owner… been in the business for nearly 40 years and absolutely knows his trade. He ensures he installs quality products and always stands by his work. If you’re looking for a cheap alarm or system for a quick sloppy install, this isnt your place. But if you’re making an investment in keeping your car safe, new seamless tints, nice classy sound system, all guard is what you want. No amateurs, clean crisp results, done right the first time, competitive pricing and life time guarantee. Bob is an old school business guy: fair, blunt, upfront, and handshake means deal. Like i said, if you see your car and any work to it as a permanent investment, go to all guard to get it right the first time.

Love this place. My Christmas present this year was remote start on my 2011 Toyota Sienna. I loved it so much I talked my husband into doing his 2009 Ford 150 truck. I have had remote start in 2 previous cars and this was by far the best. I currently work inside a huge warehouse with big thick cement walls and park about a block away from the building. I just hit my button twice and my car starts up and is nice and toasty when I get inside. My others never worked that far away. The owner was so nice and helpful. They took a little longer than planned on my husbands truck and my kids were asleep. To avoid having to get a sitter or wake up the kids to come pick up the truck, Bob drove to our house to get my husband! How nice is that?! I recommend this place all the time to people. Great work!

Excellent service and I was very impressed by the attitude of the staff. I dealt mostly with Chris and he was very friendly and helpful. Most of all, while most places will go on about all the things they do to make sure their service exceeds that of others, these guys seemed genuine. The owner, Bob, was there scrambling and working the whole time and at one point was on the phone telling his wife (I believe) that he would be stuck there till 1−2am because he had to get the work done. He also spent some time with a customer on the phone telling him he wanted to do the job himself because he knew he would make sure everything was perfect. I was there for a bit waiting and saw how they interacted (in person and on the phone) and observed some solid customer service. It was freezing and at one point the owner ran outside to help a customer who couldn’t wait any longer (the place was jam packed). I could go on. The bottom line is these guys are very genuine and clearly care about the impression they leave on their customers and it works.
Hopefully Bob got more than the four hours of sleep he told his wife he needed. Thanks guys!

Thanks again to All-​Guard and, Bob, the owner, for a superior job! I had my windows tinted and a remote start installed on one of my vehicles. I ended up having an issue with the vehicle starting via remote start with the hood open (not supposed to happen).
Bob was happy to take a look and see what was going on. It turned out that my factory hood switch, which is supposed to activate to let the remote start know the hood is open, was only working 1 out of 10 times. All-​Guard COULD HAVE rightfully told me this was a manufacturer issue and that their equipment was installed correctly. Instead, they installed a regular hood switch and wired it to the remote start thus fixing the problem. This was all done at no charge.
It is so hard to find good customer service but it DOES exist — at All-​Guard. No wonder they have been in business for almost 40 years.

I followed Chris K. there from another alarm place he used to work at. I’ve gotten nothing but outstanding customer service from him over the years, so I figured the place he went to had to be decent. He introduced the owner Bob to me when I went there the first time to check out the alarms he had in stock. I just had a Viper 5806V installed in my Acura, with an awesome remote starter, whole 9. As it’s a manual, I know it’s a more time-​consuming (and $$) process. Chris knew exactly what I wanted & didn’t try to upsell me. I went from a very $$$ AutoPage C3 system/​Viper remote start module in my old car to this & am thrilled. The AutoPage was hi-​def LED with all the bells & whistles, but the remotes kept dying & had to be charged all the time, the face would scratch, etc. The Viper 5806 is a mile range, but LED with a smaller, simpler remote that is solid state & durable. Very low maintenance. The install was the cleanest & most professional I’ve ever had. Usually there are bunches of tape/​wires/​screws left on the floor & trash on the seats. And always a scratch on the paint, hole punched in the headliner or seat from a tool, or dirt from the installer all over the car. None of that this time. And Chris also had my Valentine One hardwired into my electrical system for next to nothing, the overall cost was very reasonable after looking at what the brand new Viper system is selling for online. I will be bringing my girlfriend’s car to him in the next few months for an Avital system w/​remote start as well. Thanks Chris & Bob for excellent work for a bargain basement price. I appreciate it & will refer to anyone looking for a great alarm install!

This is a window tint review
A 5 star review is an understatement. I have never dealt with an owner of a business who cares so much about his customers and his business. I wish every business was ran this way. Best place ever.
After some price shopping I found All Guard Auto Alarms, they had the most reasonable pricing (a shop out in Morris, IL wanted a $ 100 than Bob Cozza at All Guard quoted me for lesser quality tint), I was quoted 230 i walk out the door paying 239 (tax) when I saw the car I was highly impressed, not a single flaw with the tint application, it adhered perfectly to the glass.
Now why I really love Mr. Cozza and how he runs his business. After about three weeks I started really notice that my passenger window looked like there was grit and deformities in my window. Now Mr. Cozza had mentioned this to me before I left with my car, he informed me of quote «There are a lot of minor scratches and imperfection in the glass-​due to the age of the vehicle» that was left on the receipt as well as him personally taking a good portion of his time to walk me around my finished car and take the time to talk about my passenger window. I went back to his shop to see what it would cost to have this buffed out so it wouldn’t look so rough. What he offered me blew my mind, he accepted my car back and removed the tint off the window buffed the entire window out and replaced the tint free of charge.
Now before I received my car back I was informed that this may make the window worse or it could improve the window and if it does improve the window it may not be by much. Well when I got my car back I about exploded, the window looked like it had been taken out and simply replaced it look so stunning!!! It had not been taken out though as I could still see the very deep scratches that were originally there. I was really only expecting minor improvement to the window, but wow, the window looked so great it matches the rest of the window terrifically!
All in all if I ever have a need that arises that can be fulfilled by All Guard Auto Alarms, what ever the price is I will go here every time! They have defiantly earned a life long customer, now I only need to earn a lot of money to spend here!

I woke up on my birthday to find my car missing — actually my wife had taken it while I was still sleeping — to All Guard, to have a remote starter installed for me for my birthday. I was really surprised and pleased with the job they had done.
When I decided to get my windows tinted, my son suggested All Guard — he had his done there and was quite happy with experience.
I called to make an appointment and spoke to the owner, Bob. During our conversation I mentioned the previous services he had provided to me and my family and he offered my $ 50 off.
I took my car in on a Thursday morning and again met with Bob. He explained the new Illinois law which allows you to have your front windows tinted and suggested a tint that would not exceed the legal limit. He also showed me the film that he used and the film that many other tinting companies use. His film was much thicker and had a lifetime guarantee.
I got a call back around 3 pm, the car was ready, and I went to pick it up. Bob met with me again and explained everything that I needed to know to properly care for the tint. He really took his time and answered all my questions patiently.
I actually tried tinting the windows on a former car of mine once and I pretty much made a mess of it and ended up removing it, so I have a rough idea of the process.
The job All Guard did was simply phenomenal! The vehicle looks as though it was tinted in the factory. It is easy to tell that these guys are professionals who take pride in their work. They even washed the car for me!
All Guard has been around for over 30 years and has a solid reputation. I’ll definitely be returning here with any future needs and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Recently had fog lights installed in my vehicle, the the job done was quite professional. Great Customer service, great ratings from the Better Business Bureau as well. Bob the owner has been in the service for over 40 years and knows how to instill confidence in his customers the work his shop does speaks for itself. The front office has a wall filled with customer appreciation letters. Labor was about $ 60/​hour for my job. Very honest about what his staff can deliver, the price they estimate is very close to the final tally. Bob makes it a point to get the approximation as close as he can to the final price, as he knows his customers time is precious.
Bob was very easy to deal with over the phone and in person, the kind lady that assists up front was also very polite and is more than happy to assists in any way that she can. My only gripe was that customer isn’t privy to watching any installation. Though the garage is attached to the store front their are no windows between. If you decide to go there make sure to deal with Bob directly both on the phone and in store. He was the most knowledgeable and courteous person I went through. I cant speak for the other assistants comparatively they were quite terse in their conversation, deal directly with the owner.
They offer a lifetime warranty on their labor and they do all types of installs. From Alarms to Auto Starters custom radio installations to Xenon lights accessories that line the store front it appears they do it all. There is quite often a long line of cars booked so make sure you call ahead and have Bob schedule you to come in. Overall a great experience !
