Nail’s Spa Plus

Absolutely horrible customer service had my nails done they looks like crap the one girl tried to fix them the night that I had them done went back the next day to ask for them to do a full set to fix my nails because they look so bad and they told me no and that I wanted to pay and would not give me my money back

I live in Alpine but have never tried here until tonight. I must say, their service is divine! I got there and was seated immediately in a spa chair. The salon was quaint and had cute chandeliers decorating the room. I was surprised to see more male workers than I’ve seen in other nail salons, but don’t be fooled, these guys knew what they were doing. Unlike a lot of nail salons that rush their work and try to get you out as fast as they can, these guys spent time and paid attention to details. Whoever did my pedicure spent a while perfecting his paint work. The guy that did my acrylics worked swiftly and efficiently. They truly were masters of their art. Bonus points for the fact they spoke fluent english (I’ve encountered some workers at other nail shops that couldn’t even understand what work I wanted done). Overall great job, I’ll definitely be coming back again and maybe I’ll bring a friend with me this time.

Drove all the way to this location during open hours to find them closed. Extremely upsetting!

Tina does amazing work! Reasons why she is my go to manicurist:
* came in with a chipped nail and she shaped and polished it very nicely
* cuticles look clean
* she dosen’t use UV light for gel finish (as you know exposure to UV light increase your chances of getting age spots and even cancer)
* instead she uses LED light
* pays attention to detail

I came in to see Tina for the first time and my cousin had Lisa and they are both awesome for a full set! I’ll definitely be back the next time to do the pink powder again with the gel on top to give it that beautiful natural finish

I had the worst pedicure there this past weekend. I just noticed that my orange toe nails still have some hot pink polish on them leftover from my last pedicure a month ago! That will teach me not to bring my glasses — LOL. I definitely will not return to this business again.

They do a great job here. Very attentive to detail, the nails come out perfect, the cuts are straight, the length is the same on both hands, the gel covers the entire nail without blems. I am stocked I found this place, I go out of my way to drive to Alpine because the experience is relaxing and the nails look great and last till overgrown.

I have been going to this business for 7 years. They do a fantastic job. I get my acrylic nails filled and regular pedicures. Their massage chairs work well and it is comfortable. I have chosen several designs for my toes and fingers and I love them all. They are very accommodating and it is easy to get an appointment or walk in.

Service was not bad and they did a decent job. Nearby which is great, and got an appt the same day. Cuticles look great after one week. Left hand is perfect after 1 week. Massage was super fast. Overall: Not bad for middle of no where. :p

I love coming here! Everyone is nice, the facility is always clean, the owner Dana is awesome! She did my acrylics and they’re lasting without lifting or breaking and my pedicure that I got today was amazing!
They have awesome prices too!
If you’re in the area I highly recommend them rather than driving down the hill! I’d even recommend driving up to Alpine to get my nails done and pedicure there!

Is your expectation level set too high?! Well, I guess I am first going to state what I think is obvious, this is a NAIL place NOT a spa! If you’re looking for pampering and all that, this is not the place for you.
However, if you’re looking to get a mani and/​or pedi, well done at a reasonable price, then this is exactly where to go.
There are different pedi packages to choose from and all four of us got exactly what we wanted.
The chairs were comfortable, and I felt that the environment and such was clean. And it was busy the entire time we were there. They do take appointments as well.
The fun part was my hubby and I only went for pedi’s but decided to get mani’s too. We came out with our feet n hands looking great.
We will be back!

I definatly will be coming back here! My nails were just how I asked them to be and the customer service was great! Totally clean and relaxing. I will be recommending to everyone I know!

Dreadful… worst nail spa I have ever been to in 20 years. Tried it 3 times …3^rd was the last only due to convenience in Alpine. I have had ‘Lina’ twice. She is extremely rude, does a poor job, does not shape nails well. Their choice of polishes are very limited. Please avoid or go down the hill.

I wanted to treat myself last Sunday to a pedicure after a long day on my feet on Saturday. I didn’t have to wait too long before someone was available. But the lady didn’t even greet me, she seemed in a bad mood before I even sat down. There was absolutely no finesse to the interaction nor the attempted upsell. I don’t like to be pushed, but a warm request has a better chance of me wanting to drop more money, that’s for sure. No trimming or filing of my nails, no massage, no paper towel between my toes, no heel buffing, some of my nails were only half-​painted, and most of them had debris or blank spots on them. Then, no drying agent or fan or anything; just shoved my shoes on my feet and sent me off with my splotchy toes.
It’s a nice looking shop, and everyone else seemed ok, but I don’t want to go back and chance getting the same experience. :(

Last week I walked into this place for the first time, I’m very impressed. .this place is clean and friendly atmosphere. .no waiting time at all. I have been so many places, can’t get my nails done right. .but this girl r just amazing, she is so quick and more gentle to me cuz I’m scare of getting hurt again from bad experience and she get my nails done right the way I want it… pink/​white gel… they are awesome with customers service by offering bottle water while u r sitting there which most places doesn’t have it… I would definitely be back and highly recommended to everyone

Great service at a great price. These ladies (and gentleman) are quick, inexpensive and very good at what they do. I’ve been going to them since the day they opened and I refer friends all the time.

I don’t only go here because I live in alpine but they always do a great job whenever I come. Whether it’s a pedicure or a manicure I’m always pleased. I also come here to get my eyebrows done. Everything is reasonably priced and the service is great! I definitely recommend on coming here!

I absolutely love it here! I love going in knowing that I’ll always come out a very happy customer. Not only do they do an amazing job but they give great customer service. I recommend it to anyone!

My girl went to this place and This place was the worst nail salon she has been to they did nothing right she ask for a design and it looks like a 3 year old did it they were very rude to both her and her mom would give them 0 out of 5 never going back and if others asked if they should she would tell them NO

I went to this location on a Tuesday morning and had good service. Nanna did my gel fill and she did a great job. Heidi did my pedi and it was very relaxing. I will go back for my next fill & pedi.
