Timber Ridge has no concern for satisfying their customers. They simply want to do the job and take your money. If you question their work or methods, you will be hung up on or berated. I contracted with Timber Ridge to extend/repair and paint my fence in January 2015. I followed up 4X regarding the paint job. I was told they were setting the schedule and would call me back. I never received any call backs, and every time I called the customer service girl just seemed annoyed that she had deal with me. They just came out today(5÷6÷15), unannounced, to paint my fence. I was concerned that they were going to paint without cleaning the fence first so I called the office. I asked if the fence would be pressure washed first since it had mud, bird poop, mold, etc. on it. She said no, they paint right over that. When I questioned that method she got offended and hung up on me. I then contacted the owner thinking he would want to know that a paying customer was very dissatisfied. I was wrong. He was no help and was very argumentative. I fired them immediately — DONOT use this company!

We had a new fence installed 4.5 years ago by Timber Ridge Fence of Milton, GA. While the end result looked lovely initially, we have now found that the posts are rotting because they didn’t set the posts in concrete and an entire side of the fence is now falling over! According to our invoice from Timber Ridge Fence, concrete was supposed to be included in this installation. This is both criminal and unsafe. DONOTUSETIMBERRIDGEFENCEOFMILTONGEORGIA.
