Anytime I can avoid a trip to the post office, I WIN! This little place is so convenient and I Iove just being able to run in and drop off a package or ship an item. It is conveniently located at Douglas and Mcginnis in the Publix center. Parking is super easy and service is fast and efficient. Winning!

First time shipping a package out at this store and we will DEFINITELY come back! We were helped by Cierra and let me tell you, she is awesome! So friendly, professional, and efficient. She knows her job and performs it at a high level. The store is in the strip mall on the corner McGinnis-​Ferry and Winword Ave (Alpharetta, GA) that also houses a Publix grocery store.

There is nothing different about this UPS store than most others… except…
Absolutely perfect customer service every single time you go. I’ve been there to drop off packages, have items packaged and have things notarized. Every time the employees in the shop are friendly, quick, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
You never really appreciate good customer service until you have bad service (lookin at you, UPS on Peachtree…). They make annoying errands much much less annoying.
