Structural Based Therapy focuses on 3 major components of injury: muscle strain, ligament sprain, and joint fixation. The majority of these injuries are the result of sports, auto accidents, and falls. Our philosophy is obtain patients goal without long out care plans. Most of our patents are back to normal activity in 1 – 3 weeks.

Dr Maiorino was fantastic. I’ve received chiro care for 26 years all around the country. I moved here two years ago from the West Coast. I’ve tried three different chiropractors in the area over the last two years and Dr. Maiorino is the very first one I’ve come across that really knows what he’s doing. He is very hands on, a really good listener, and is very thorough. His adjustments are wonderful. I always leave is office feeling renewed and balanced. I highly recommend him!

Leslie was great. Nice strong pressure, very relaxing, she knows the pressure points and how to work them out.

The massage therapist was great… I felt relaxed as I walked out of the office…
However, I took away one star because I was at the office roughly 5 – 8 mins before my appt, and purchased an hours worth of massage, but I only got 45 mins worth of massage time. If I paid for an hour, I want my whole hour; hence, the 4 stars.
Overall, the massage was great., simple music was playing in the background, and her pressure was great!
