Smile Bright Teeth Whitening

This company is HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! Please please please ! Do not give them any of your money! I order a smile bright home whiting kit from this company through groupon I never received my kit by they made sure to deduct the money from my card !! This is insane. After all the «great» reviews the celebrities did on social media I decided to order not doing any reviews on my own believe me I’m not the only person this has happened to !

UPDATE: Immediately after contacting Groupon, the business reached out to me to schedule my appointment. They had no availability at their Alpharetta location, so I scheduled an appointment for the Sandy Springs location.
The staff was very friendly and I was seen at my appointment time. I was in and out in exactly an hour. As far as the effectiveness goes, I didn’t notice an enormous change. That, along with the initial nonresponsiveness to my e-​mails and phone calls, knocks it down to 3 stars.

I wish I had something to review, but sadly, I can’t even get in touch with anyone to schedule an appointment. I have attempted to schedule an appointment multiple times both through the website as well as calling the office directly, and have received ZERO response to date.
I will be contacting Groupon to get a refund, unfortunately.

Got a groupon and went to get my teeth whitened. I didn’t notice a huge difference (granted I didn’t exactly need it) but I noticed something. The girl at the front desk was awesome and explained everything really well. She also gave me the at home kit which was awesome because I heard that ordering it online was a bit of a pain. Experience was nice and I would definitely go again.

My review is specifically on the Marietta office. I went there 3 times and I am very pleased! They were running late and I appreciate how they took the time to call me to let me know someone would be on the way to help me! Being late is not a problem for me, but how someone handles the situation is so I was happy to see the respect for the client’s time!
The place is nice, relaxing. Parking is very small and it can be a little easy to miss this office because it’s looks like a little house with a small parking lot (3 – 5 spots approx.)
The interior of the office is very well kept! Very comfortable sofa and decorated in good taste! They seem to share their office space with a pretty cool hypnotherapist! Hey lol I was sitting there waiting so I read her brochure and picked up mind blowing knowledge– anyways back to Smile bright!
Treatment seating area was acceptable, clean and cozy. You can play games on your iphone or droid or read their magazines while you wait for the magic to happen.
First lady who took care of me did average customer service work– she did her thing– nothing special.
The second and third technician were total dolls! Very pleasant, genuinely willing to help you and happy to find solutions for you!
Product– very pleased with the results. You have to be CAREFULL not to let the gel touch your gums– thats the reason (I found) you may experience some pain! Just sit there and don’t play with the mouthpiece. It is a reasonably priced product that worked very well for me! I noticed a considerable difference after 2 – 3 tries! Dentists charge a looot more and with these folks you get results without it putting a strain on your wallet.
Be a little patient; you will not see super white teeth– you will see an improvement but not super white teeth–
I bought the gel and just do the treatments at home– again be careful how you add the gel to your mouthpiece– follow their instructions, ask questions and you will be fine. If you are like some people that don’t have common sense then yes, you will encounter some minor problems!
I recommend buying the gel instead of going to the office; however, if this is your first time doing this– it will ease your mind if you go in and have them do one treatment, after that, just buy the whitening gel and do it yourself– save some money!

So I had a voucher from half-​off depot? Groupon? Living social? And finally got my butt over here to get my teeth whitened. Such an easy experience, just sit back and relax. I was amazed at how different my teeth looked! The girl at the office was so nice and the process was painless and easy. Just wished they were closer to where I live, maybe some day a closer office?
