Established in 1978.

Pridestaff was founded in 1978. The Atlanta North office was opened in 2008 and works with Fortune 500 companies, along with small to medium size employers for whom «getting it right» is a first priority. We also do a significant portion of business with multi-​national organizations that are committed to maintaining high caliber workforces.

PrideStaff Financial® was created to meet the unique staffing challenges related to accounting, financial and bookkeeping positions. Sourcing and hiring qualified professionals in these fields is not easy, and requires specialized experience. Our Staffing Consultants spend 100% of their time focused on the accounting and finance market. This expertise provides our clients with well-​qualified candidates who can hit the ground running and our candidates with great opportunities to put their skills to work.

Business Owner

My mission in starting a Pridestaff office was simple, «to help people.» I was introduced to Pridestaff during my own job search and found that Pridestaff’s mission, vision and values were a good fit with my faith, personal interests and life goals.

Being out of work was a transformational moment in my life. The job networking groups I attended at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta and Roswell United Methodist Church in Roswell introduced me to an amazing set of people — both employed volunteers and job seekers like myself — and also encouraged all participants to «pay it forward.» I realized as I met more people and sought to plug them into contacts in my personal network that I was finding much more enjoyment and fulfillment from my job search than I ever could have imagined.

Pridestaff Financial expands this mission and is a good fit with my background at ADP in payroll, tax and outsourcing. Pridestaff has allowed me to turn my personal mission into a career!
