Terrible ENT practice from administrators to their office manager. Rude, insensitive and unprofessional. Not sure why the positive comments for Dr. Baktha either — I found him to lack any bedside manners whatsoever, not friendly at all and never returns calls even after you have him paged (maybe after the 3rd or 4th time he may). Not one person from their office (including Dr. Baktha) ever called post-​op to check on my son’s condition even though I had notified Dr. Baktha how sick he felt the evening after his surgery. I happen to be a physician myself but I’ve never experienced such rude/​heartless medical professionals and would never refer any child to this place.

Dr. Baktha removed my daughter’s tonsils and adenoids due to obstructive sleep apnea. He was wonderful from start to finish, from the office exam to surgery.
I have to also say his assistant at the Perimeter office, Ebony, was amazing. We had a terrible time trying to get our insurance to approve the surgery, and she was helpful every step of the way in getting our appeals sent in and approved.
I’m so thankful for Dr. Baktha and PENTA. My daughter can actually sleep through the night without gasping for air. We had a great experience with them and highly recommend them.

Love Dr. Baktha. He performed my son’s surgery, and did a wonderful job. The support staff, on the other hand, is horrible. They do not return phone calls, and can be quite rude on the phone.
