I hired the party bus for a day of wedding dress shopping with my daughter, the mother of the groom and bridesmaids. The company advertises that it provides services for all types of parties and events, but did not live up to this promise, despite my advance conversations with them about the nature of the event. Pictures on the website indicate the capability to offer a professional, classy atmosphere with no stripper pole. However, the driver arrived at our house at 9am with a glowing stripper pole and Vegas style party lights, which he either could not or would not turn off. The driver complained all day about being tired and needing to take a nap, and did not engage in any meaningful conversation other than to ask us repeatedly if we would like to go to a package store after we drank our modest supply of mimosas so that we could do shots. He also sat in the car and watched us carry heavy coolers and leftover food up our steep driveway without offering to help. He did this even though I had paid a generous tip up front in cash. The company will ask for a deposit on a credit card and then require a full cash payment up front before your event begins. This means you have no recourse in the event that customer service was lacking as it was for us. We asked for a partial refund and were advised in writing that if we wanted a classy event, we should not have asked for the party bus. That says it all.
