I want to thank Service Techs, Koby Fletcher and Rosch! Great customer service, along with fantastic knowledge of my AC units. Over the Labor Day weekend, two ACs went out. Diagnostics were run and determined which parts needed to be ordered. Up & working in no time! Thank you again!

We have used this company for 8 years. They are honest and do a great job. I would highly recommend Neese Jones. We had been taken for a ride a number of times before finally finding Neese Jones.

I have been a customer of Neese Jones for quite some time. I was astounded when I read the other reviews. I decided to call them again anyway and see if maybe something changed. It did not. The technician, Mark, was prompt, professional, and honest. I am flabbergasted that someone would give this company a bad review. My air is running again less than 24 hours after my plea for help. Not bad.

I don’t know if they’re the worst because I haven’t seen everyone, but I do know they aren’t good! Twice they have me an appt window, and twice they missed it badly. Finally the guy showed up and I simply had zero confidence he was sure of what he was talking about. Of course he found some stuff wrong with the unit but he was all over the board as to how much it would cost. Like I said, no confidence in what he was telling me. I paid him for the maintenance visit and he left. I’ll call Reliable or another company next time.

Super Shady business. Don’t use them. Don’t do the annual service program, even it you think you are doing a good thing. WRONG choice. Example: they came out 4 months ago for the spring service. 1.5 months later the motor burns out. They come out and replace it — $ 600. Then, a month after that, freon runs out. They come out and say we need to replace the coil bc of a leak — $ 1400. We decided to wait to talk to the office bc things seemed fishy. They tried to collect the $ 200 on the spot. We told them we would pay them once we spoke to the office about it bc things seemed fishy. They had someone come back to collect 2 times over the next 24 hours. We had a second opinion… and wow, the coil didn’t need to be replaced. They just needed to tighten a bold — only $ 75!!! And the reason why the motor burnt out was because insulation was sitting on it.(Which they didn’t fix after replacing the motor!) Seems to me that the technician who did our house was into super shady business of messing things up to drum up business. CROOKS, stay away
