I have been to a lot of training gyms around the country, but no one has ever been able to put a hurting on me like this place. It is such a rush to train here. Not only are the classes challenging on your fitness, but the instructors are very serious about making sure you know the technique and apply it properly. Solid training, solid execution, and the owner is one of the most intense people I have ever met and that really is saying something.

KBX GYM and Krav Maga of Alpharetta is truly dedicated to all of its members and their personal fitness goals. I have been going there since April of 2012 and I have not just lost 30 pounds — but I have fun in using the kickboxing and weight training techniques crafted by master instructors, Marshell Davis and Heike Gurley. The gym has a family based atmosphere and everyone helps encourage you along your fitness journey. If you are looking for a resolution to stick in 2014 — just make a trip to KBX — and it will happen!
