QUALITY IS EVERYTHING!
I am not so excited about the women’s clothing selection but I really love the selections for men. They have great flannel pajama bottoms, jeans, button down shirts, heavy and light weight chinos, nice cotton sweaters and more of those winter basics to add to your existing wardrobe.
The clothing is a nice quality and looks so cozy and comfortable. I would absolutely wear the men’s clothing in this store.

I am so glad we are moving to Alpharetta. That means I will frequent this store more and not the awful ones in Atlanta, where we are currently living. I was here a few days ago looking for some pants for my husband, and the lady who helped me was so nice and sweet, something I’m definitely not used to in Atlanta. The last time I went to the Lenox location, the guy who was helping me scowled the whole time and basically only said two words to me… and that’s because I was asking him questions. When I realized that I had bought the wrong pair of pants (class instead of slim), I went right back and apologized, at which point he told me they were the same. Why would they be the same if they’re labeled differently!!! Anyway, just venting here. Excited we’re going to be living near this store.

This is an awesome store with a great staff. Ok, I might be a bit biased ;) It is smaller, but that means the staff is always close by to help and the atmosphere here is very friendly.
Some of the things this location does not carry in the store: Cashmere, Shoes, Suiting, Formal Wear (including bridal), Handbags, and Crewcuts. But you can always use the Red Phone in the store to order anything that store does not have, AND if the item (s) are full price, you get free shipping! Sweet!
Another reason I love JCrew, they carry petites. Not in the store, but still. And they also offer alterations, so you can have something pinned in the store when trying it on, sent to get altered, and pick it up within a week.
Also, you college students and teachers remember to ask for your 15% off all full price items at checkout! All you need is your college or teacher ID.
