Alan’s dad was diagnosed with Celiac disease over a decade ago and seeing a need for Gluten Free restaurants he started Good Grub Subs with the vision to be the first Sub sandwich shop to offer a Gluten Free Sub.
With a long background of customer service experience, Alan feels this is something missing in many quick service establishments today. Providing a high quality product with exceptional customer service is something they pride themselves on.
