Was told to drive out for an estimate for a digitizer and glass on my tablet. Once I arrived was told to drop it off and come back. I waited turned out it only took 20 minutes. Was given an estimate of $ 189 to repair led and glass on my tablet. When I referenced my led worked he took my tablet again and found it did work. But the quote was still the same. When I told him I found a better quote he said my tablet could take two different kinds of glass and dismissively told me good luck with that. What a waste of time. Turns out no luck was needed I found a more customer service oriented place that accurately diagnosed my problem and wasn’t looking to gauge me on prices. It cost me 50% Of the quote.

Hired them to replace my iPhone 4 battery. They did so, but they then lost the bottom screws to keep the backing on. Lady was really intelligent in that I had already taken out the old water damaged battery and she assumed it was a good battery that the repair woman chose to keep.

Cracked the screen on my iPad 2. Took it to Geek IT for a look. They fixed it for a fair price in a few hours and guaranteed their work. Could not ask for a fairer deal or better treatment. Highly recommended.

Call me butterfingers, I couldn’t even blame this one on my Granddaughter, but I dropped my iphone, yet again, and this time my luck ran out. So I had the great debate that lots of people are probably having right now which is to fix or to wait and get the 5 that is coming out. But I can’t stand trying to scroll across the broken glass so I took it here to get it fixed. They did a great job and made me feel better by talking about how I certainly wasn’t the only one and told me some interesting stories about how others broke their phones (someone even had a horse step on theirs and it was fixed). The 5 stars is for the great atmosphere and attitude.

I found these guys when I was eating at the Mexican restaurant next door and am glad I did. I had dropped my iphone recently (like that’s never happened right) and cracked the screen. I’ve still got about a year in my contract so I didn’t want to buy a new phone but of course it’s not under warranty. It still works though, just broke the glass on top. I went in to check it out and was pleasantly surprised. I got it fixed and it took about an hour, cost about 90 and the bonus was a year warranty for what they did. I asked… and it doesn’t cover if I drop it again but they did say if I do drop it I could bring it back and they’d only charge me for the part and not charge me for the labor again. Very friendly and great service.

The work they did on my phone was ok upon first inspection, but after a month the front glass they replaced began to fall out. I brought it back since there is a «year warranty», however the manager let me know that if I updated my phone according to the manufacturer’s updates that my warranty with geek it was void. Poor quality work done on the phone and they will not stand by it. Don’t waste your money on this place.
