Gagne Heating & Air Conditioning

Gagne’s team of professionals made our AC repair experience short & sweet — from start to finish. We called our Home Warranty company last Tuesday morning and Gagne had a technician at my home within 3 hours! SAME-​DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE ALMOST UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS, RIGHT? Well, not for this company (thank goodness since I’m a total cupcake when it comes to sleeping in the heat).
When you live in Georgia — Being comfortable in the August heat is CRITICAL… Gagne understands and they really delivered with amazing service. They dealt with our Home Warranty company swiftly and had the parts ordered immediately.
If they hadn’t had to worry about the Home Warranty company’s process — I think they could have had us repaired right away. That being said — the very moment our parts arrived from the Home Warranty Parts Vendor — Gagne called to set up the follow-​up appointment & I called them back AFTER HOURS no less [around 7pm] this past Monday and Jeff set the appointment for the following morning — between 8am-​12noon! Totally ridiculous how easy it was to work with them.
Gagne had the repairs done within a couple of hours and we couldn’t be more grateful. Please call these guys if you want prompt, professional service. We’ll be proud to recommend them to all of our friends — Thanks again Gagne!

Great guys (Eric and Jeff). They are very competitively price, and go out of their way on the customer service. We bought a Trane system from them and have had no problems.
