Classic Collision of Alpharetta

I called this place to negotiate some things about my repair and spoke with a manager by the name of Ashley and she told me we couldn’t talk about it on the phone that I had to come in. I told her that I was on my way. When I got there she had gone to lunch. So I had the receptionist call her on her cell phone and she very disrespectfully said repeatedly., sir I’m at lunch, sir I’m at lunch., give the phone back to the receptionist. I drove 45 minutes to get there during my own lunch hour and she wanted me to wait there until after her lunch which was told to me by the receptionist. The tow truck was at my home trying to figure out where I wanted it towed and I didn’t have an hour to wait. I hate to deal with people that acts like my business is not important to them. If this is the customer service manager I would hate to meet the owner. She knows I have a $ 10,000 claim and doesn’t care if they fix my car or not. I would not reccommend anyone to go to this place! I found a company with a better rating and service has been great so far, it’s called Georgia luxury automotive!

Bringing ones’ car in for body work isn’t always something to look forward to, so when you receive exceptional service like I did at Classic Collision, it makes the process a lot more bearable!
Michael was my consultant and did an excellent job going over the necessary details and work he would be doing to make the necessary repairs to my vehicle. He stayed in constant contact with me via email to let me know the status of the repair work.
After only 5 days, the damage to my vehicle was repaired. I just picked it up and was delighted with the result. They went over and above by detailing my vehicle.

I was hit from behind in my G37S convertible, and the other guy’s insurance recommended that i get an estimate at Classic. I was skeptical, but I scheduled an appointment for them to look at the damage. I got a good feeling, so I gave them my baby for repair.
In a nutshell I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism at Classic. The facility is comfortable and friendly. Michael and Paul were my customer service contacts, and they both were top notch. Communication during the process was excellent, almost too efficient. And the most important decision factor in choosing a auto body shop, the repair work was excellent, exceeding even my picky expectations.
I even asked them to fix a small scuff on the underside of the front bumper, and when I picked up the car they unexpectedly discounted the price by 10 percent. Wow. Talk about walking away with a good feeling! I hope I never have to visit an auto body shop again, but if I must it will be Classic Collision.
So, first rate customer service and top notch repairs make Classic Collision a great choice for auto body work in the Alpharetta/​Milton area.

Bottom line, the body work was perfect. I cannot even tell my vehicle was involved in a collision. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. My advisor, Chris Brown took the time to explain every detail of the estimate, which was very fair. They even contacted Enterprise Rent A Car to have a pick up set so that I could get my rental car. I was able to leave my rental car at the shop when I picked up my vehicle. This was very convenient. My vehicle was delivered on time as promised and was washed on the outside. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend this body shop.

My wife had her rear bumper damaged, and the person that hit her had Geico. Geico had an insurance agent there to help assess the damage. Both the rep from Classic Collision and Geico were great to work with. They even offered to fix a previous scratch on the bumper for free. The contacted my wife several times with email updates so she could keep track of the progress. They finished the whole thing in 2 days, and it looks like new. They did such a great job, I’m going to be bringing them my car to touch up a few spots.

I have taken two vehicles to Classic Collision for auto body repair. I have been happy with the quality of their paint work. The most recent repair was a more complex one. The team at Classic Collision worked with me through all of the details that I had questions about. There was a challenging issue with a unique part. Chris, the Director of Operations, stepped in to make sure that the issue was remedied to my satisfaction. Because of this attention to customer satisfaction, I would recommend Classic Collision.

Excellent first-​class operation! First, they did a perfect repair job on my car. Second, they provided timely status updates and were very easy to get in touch with. If I emailed them with a question I had almost an instant response. Drop-​off and pick-​up was efficient and professional as well. I could not be more pleased with Classic Collision. I wish more businesses operated like them — truly outstanding customer service.
Also, my car had been hit by another driver and Classic Collision worked seamlessly with their insurance.

There is a love/​hate relationship thing going on with this place. I love that I finally have my car back but hate the fact that it took 35 days to do it., and no I know what your thinking that the crash was so bad that it took that amount of time to get it back to where it needed to be, no that’s not it at all. There was a series of miscommunication, and work not being done in a timely manner that caused this to be. On top of it all they lost my license plate [temp tag] & I had to drive all the way up to Cumming in the middle of the night so I could get another one so I could finally drive my car off there lot. I will say the car came back looking like new, but they missed a piece but did a decent thing and made that right. I’ve got some other after market work that i’d like to be done but I’m definitely not coming back here to have it done. [avoid this place]

I almost wanted to cry when I heard that my Mazda 3 was hit from behind. Not only because it was in near-​mint condition but also because I’ve had to deal with insurance-​based repairs in the past. We have Geico, but the person at fault had State Farm. Because I am new to the state, I wanted to get the repairs done through the Mazda Dealership (Rick Case). They don’t have a in house body shop so they sent out the work to Classic Collision in Alpharetta.
The gentleman that was working on our case was Jeff Boyd. I cannot believe how quick and painless he made the entire process! The vehicle had been there just over a week and Jeff from CC contacted me almost every other day to give a heads up on what was going on.
The facility was not typical of a body shop (metal chairs surrounding a 13″ TV with year old magazines and a coffee machine). The lobby reminds me more of a doctor’s office. We sat for about 5 minutes while our vehicle was getting cleaned and waxed. The staff was very attentive.
I was very surprised at the work that was done on my vehicle. I was skeptical and checked every nook and cranny for misalignment of the panels, over spray or any other signs of repair. We were in and out within 15 minutes! Jeff explained the work that was done, gave us a receipt and told us the work was guaranteed so if we found something wrong in a few months from now they would take care of it.
