History
Established in 1993.
Carroll Media Services, Inc. was founded in 1993 to provide independent third party outdoor advertising audits and pre-evaluations for national advertisers. With over 1,000,000 Out-of-Home media displays evaluated, Carroll Media has become the standard for proof-of-performance and compliance for the Outdoor Advertising Industry in North America. With the implementation of PromotionTrak and In-StoreTrak, Carroll Media has established itself in a similar regard for independent third party compliance in the promotions and in-store industries.
