My daughter has a renter’s policy from this office of State Farm.
Her water heater broke at her apartment over a week ago and no one from State Farm has even been out to inspect damage.
Now many of her possession are ruined and smell like mold.
On hold with claims forever.
Very poor customer service.
State Farm is NOT there when you need them.
