So after the unpleasantness I experienced at the Alpharetta Highway BK, I decided to come down to this one to get the soft serve and the Hershey’s Sundae Pie my daughter was really wanting. I got down to this one with two minutes left to spare. I know, I am pushing it, but it’s a slice of pie and some ice cream. At least at this one, the lady spoke to me to tell me that they were closed. I told her I still had two minutes. She said she understood, but they were closed. I said all I wanted was a Hershey’s Sundae Pie and some soft serve. She said«The ice cream machine has been turned off for a long time.» WHAT??? Turned off FOR A LONGTIME??? So you are OPEN but you REFUSE service? Yeah, again, I do NOT beg companies to take my money. YOU beg ME to spend it there. Keep begging. I will NOT be going to this restaurant again, and I will be calling the owners about this one tomorrow as well.

Horribly slow and just respect full staff. At three in the afternoon the drive-through wait for a simple combo meal was 15 minutes.
