They might have the «BEST RATE», but certainly NOT the best service! Spoke with Vinny several times via phone. Wasn’t that interested in asking much about my project, just wanted to tell me (OVER & OVER & OVER) how they were the «BEST»…BEST rates, BEST service, BES design, BEST reviews… and on and on! The problem with selling that hard is there comes a point and time when you have to deliver (put up, or shut up) and this is were Best Rate Landscape and Design failed miserably. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Vinny was a NO SHOW for our appointment! No call, nothing until almost two hours later when he called to tell me he was headed «to the nursery» and would have to reschedule for another day??? Totally unprofessional way of handling a NEW client! Total disregard for the value of ones time. Like I said… Problem with selling as hard as Vinny does is there comes a point when you have to deliver and Vinny could not!!!

Love what they did with my yard! Family operation, which is nice because you really feel like the people doing the work care about the outcome. Vinny has a great eye and his aesthetic matched mine perfectly. I got an entirely new front AND back yard and couldn’t be happier with the results and the price I paid. If you’re looking to get the biggest bang for your buck, Best Rate Landscape and Design truly does live up to their name.
