I went to a another AT&T Store for my upgrade and new phone. But the guy at that location was confused and was trying to sell me something and not very convincing that he knew what he was doing.(Dude didn’t even have a name tag) I came to this location and I got everything I wanted and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Shaquon was all kinds of awesome. I told her what I wanted to do that day and what I needed and she gave me everything that I asked. For the record AT&T that«is» good customer service. Listening to the customer and helping them achieve what they need.

Great buying experience. John and Alicia(the managers) were GREAT. We were given to Dana Bethea to assist us with our transaction. We needed to return a new but faulty Note 4, changed it for a Note 5, added a line for a Lumia and Microsoft Surface. Moved around some numbers and phones on our account… all kinds of activity on our account, but Dana was a real PRO and took care of everything, and did so with a friendly, happy, professional attitude. We have been with AT&T for 25 years and without a doubt, this was the best purchase /upgrade experience we have had. This store is AWESOME! Stay away from the Cumming Market Place store and come here. This store is light years ahead of Cumming when it comes to knowledge and customer service and friendliness. Great job Dana, Alicia, John, Travis and rest of the crew at North Point AT&T!!! You are personally responsible for saving our account with AT&T. THANKYOU
