Very Nice Place and service. I came here December of 2015 with a major problem. I tried coloring my brown hair to blonde, Boy was it a epic fail (meaning disaster) lol I had orange, red, white hair. I for sure look like I was ready for Halloween or 4^th of July. You’ve should of seen the look on all the ladies faces haha priceless. Yuliya (blonde Russian lady) was the lady who helped me and she was so sweet to me and did a WONDERFUL JOB too. When she was finished everyone who was working there was sweet enough to tell me it looked very nice (especially after what it looked like when I first walked in lol). I have to say it was really nice. I felt like a celebrity leaving that Place and if u look below at the pictures you will see why. Best salon I’ve been to in very long time. This salon has a nice selection of women to do your hair and they all seem very nice and very good at what they do. I’m actually sitting here now on Jan 20^th 2016 getting my highlights touched up. My first visit to this salon for a cut. I felt welcomed right away, warm atmosphere, sweet happy staff! Shampoo & conditioning was so relaxing. Najlaa cut my hair just how I wanted… Love this place

I purchased a groupon for a partial, haircut and conditioning treatment. I give 2 stars because Fatima, who did my hair, was fabulous! She was lovely, personable and did a wonderful job cutting and coloring my hair. It looked great! Also, many of the other women in the salon were courteous and helpful.
That being said, the owner’s attitude and customer service was terrible!!! When I went to check out, she accepted my groupon, then proceeded to tell me I owed $ 50 more!!! I was like, excuse me? By the way, her expression and demeanor was defensive and rude. I said I don’t understand. She then tells me, the extra cost is for the additional color and toner that was put in my hair. I said, I had a partial done (same amount of foils whether it’s one color or two) and didn’t ask for toner. Nothing was communicated whatsoever to me as far as extra cost while my hair was being done. I told the owner that it was ridiculous that I was being charged all this extra money! She then has the nerve to say to me, I’m not making any money on your hair then… with a rude expression. And then tells me, she spent all that time on your hair !! And we’re not making any money on it… somehow trying to guilt me for buying the groupon. I couldn’t believe it! The worst customer service ever and from the owner! What an awful example for her employees.!! I said, I’m not paying 50 extra dollars when nothing was communicated to me as far as being charged extra until I went to pay. She goes, fine, do what you want then! I then went to get tip money for Fatima and left. Even though I liked my hair, nothing can make up for how I was treated by the owner. It’s sad that she essentially ruined business for her salon and for Fatima.

Probably the most diverse group of ladies I’ve ever encountered in a salon and every single one of them is talented. It’s pretty amazing to look around and no matter who is doing what, their clients are happy and satisfied with their service. Najlaa is my go to lady and she is awesome! I’ve gone there twice and have never been disappointed!

I have been a client of Hasna ’ s since before she opened the salon, and I have always been very impressed by her thorough knowledge and professional approach to hair.
She, and the rest of her staff, are friendly and talented people who respect their clients and listen to what they want.

Never in my life have I had a worse customer service experience. I was literally lied to twice by this salon! I was going to purchase a groupon and called them to confirm pricing. It was $ 52 for a highlight, a cut and a conditioning treatment. I was charged an additional $ 40 for toner and low lights. They color was also a bit darker than I wanted because of the $ 25 toner. So I contacted the salon and they said to come back so they could fix it. So I returned to the salon. They charged my $ 35 for fixing it saying that my color was different that the picture I showed them. The owner also said very rude things about my 18 month old that I had to bring this time. She scolded her and threatened to charge me to a nail product that my daughter had touched. I am horrified and wish I could get the $ 75 back that was an over charge.

I came in with a groupon and Alice took care of me. She was patient with the consultation and we picked out a color that suited me well. She took her time with me and she and the ladies in the salon are very nice. She made sure that it was to my liking. I got many compliments with the color afterwards and my hair looked and felt so much healthier afterwards. The deep conditioning treatment was amazing and made my hair smell so good for days!
I would definitely come back again.

Such wonderful ladies in this salon. They always offer you a refreshment and are so pleasant. They do both men and women’s haircuts. I use their hair coloring services as well as cuts. Highly recommended.

I came here with a groupon ($ 46) for a cut, style, deep conditioning and single color hair dye. I really loved the atmosphere in this salon, everyone was really nice and accommodating. The lady who cut my hair was Yuliya, she was awesome and went above and beyond for me. She cut my hair exactly how I had asked and was very meticulous. I am so happy with the day my hair looks and feels. I came here with damaged bleached purple hair and walked out with lustrous black locks. I recommend this salon and Yuliya (blonde Russian lady). Will come here again when I am back in town!

They really know what they are doing with the coloring. Never had a bad experience.

I bought a groupon (Always skeptical of doing this for my hair but what’s a broke girl going to do?)
I got a full head of highlights/​cut and style/​deep conditioning treatment.
Overall, I am happy with my hair. She took off a good 2+ inches and styled it well. The color is nice (not too blonde, but a cool look, not too warm toned)
She did what I asked her too and was very professional.
I would try this place again!

I’m Adrianna’s words, my hair now has action. I’ve had straight hair my entire life. A $ 49 groupon offered me a shampoo, cut and root touch up (color). I made a same day appointment. Adrianna patiently offered ideas on a medium length hairstyle and helped select a color with brown undertones to soften my look. Fatima assisted my stylist by applying the color to my hair and Adrianna checked in several times during the process. Next, a shampoo and divine scalp massage, comfortably hot water and attention to all the right pressure points. Should it feel this good? I was happy with my cut and it was super fun to watch Adrianna use a curling iron to give me curls! The bounce in my hair made me feel like a different person, well for the next two days anyway until I washed my hair. Everyone was friendly and I never felt rushed. A memorable and satisfying experience.

Wow, what a way to run a business! I had purchased a groupon for this salon that included a single process color. When I arrived for my appointment, the colorist that I was scheduled with had to get the owner to figure out what color I wanted. I really don’t understand why they would put a new client with an inexperienced associate. Then she told me that the groupon only included color for the roots, ie. a touch-​up, but that was written no where on the groupon. I showed her the exact wording of the groupon purchased and she said that a single process color is in and of itself just a touch up of the roots. That is absolutely 100% incorrect. The words touch-​up or roots only should have been accurately stated.
As if all of this weren’t bad enough, the extremely rude owner of this salon then looked at me at 8.5 months pregnant and said that they couldn’t do color on me anyway. I asked why and she snickered, «because you are pregnant!». I have never been so humiliated and infuriated in my life. She said that they would need a note from my doctor indicating that it was ok to color my hair. Not to bleach it mind you, only to color it. I would run away from this salon. If you like your hair, then great, but if you don’t like the quality of service they provide, then you are OUT OF LUCK. There is not an ounce of customer service coming from this owner.

The ladies here were extremely sweet and attentive! I came to get color all over and was more then happy with the results. Not to mention I was in a rush to get to an interview and all of the women work together to finish my hair. I’m definitely returning and wouldn’t go anywhere else for color!
