Wrote in detail of everything that happened but decided to just say, the service I received was very rude and unprofessional. The man that helped me kept making rude remarks. There are other more professional businesses out there. Don’t bother with this one.

I put a picture of the job that was done obviously a picture speaks 1000 words this is what happens when their so-​called craftsman show up 4 hours delayed start painting your fence when it’s almost dark. It’s almost funny I think I could submit this photo on a late night comedy show

The dispatcher was top notch. The tech was nice, competent, and efficient. It was a tiny job (changing a battery in a smoke alarm our ladder didn’t reach) so just the minimum charge. I had two problems: 1) the phone minimum charge quote was $ 58 – 66, the onsite minimum charge quote was $ 85 then he said $ 75. 2) he took no precautions to protect my carpet — which wouldn’t have mattered if the ladder hadn’t gotten Georgia red clay on it, and then he ignored it. Trust me, it was impossible not to see. Luckily our carpet is brown, and I carefully cleaned it with a DustBuster (chunks on top) and vacuum.
This was cheaper than calling our usual electrician (not by much). I was disappointed and will not use them again.

I needed to have a railing built for my basement stairs. I went with them partly because their quote was the most reasonable. More importantly, the carpenter they sent out listened to what I wanted (unlike the highest quote I received). He showed up when he said he would. The railing is sturdy and what I asked for.
The only issue I had… The integration with e-​mail could be a little better. (Apparently, since my first contact with them was in e-​mail, I was in a different system, which made me harder to look up when I set up a time for them to do the work.)
