The people here are great. The receptionists are friendly and helpful with great phone manners. They respond quickly by both phone and email. They also offer to email or mail their new patients forms and questionnaire to you to fill out before your appointment.
The nurse who initiated my exam, Nancy, is awesome and a great communicator.
Wait is a bit long. My appointment is at 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and didn’t get called until almost 2:15pm. I finally finish at a little past 4pm. I saw Dr. Winchester. She was very thorough and nice. The receptionist Cheryl was nice but not very smiley.
