This branch has the worst customer service. They will push you to use ATM machine to deposit. It seems like they don’t want to do their work/​job. I understand that’s is cheaper to use the machine. Their bankers are just lazy. I’ve use other branches and they’re totally different. This is not the Chase that I know.

Have been here 3 times recently needing various things (limit increase on my debit card, opening a new account, a notary, etc). The banker is NEVER there at convenient times. He leaves at 5pm sharp and is always gone when I try and stop by in my lunch hour. Even when I call ahead I’m told an appointment is necessary and then given time slots days out of when he can help me. No thanks. Drove a bit farther down the road to another branch and was helped when I walked in. Sucks because this branch is really conveniently located for me but they have been so difficult to work with compared to other locations I have been to.

Waited here for an hour to have someone help me. I can not believe there is only one person available to help with your personal account. But after waiting I did get help and the person was really nice.

The bank employees were nice and friendly but I closed my account here to go to a credit union… The banks just kept trying to find ways to charge fees. I want to save money or make money but not lose it to fees.

Came to the drive through ATM to withdrawal some cash. $ 3 for an ATM fee? No thanks… typical big bank charging fees any chance they get. This is why I don’t bank here. Take your money to a credit union and call it a day.
