MassVapors – Allston

This is my go to spot for all of my vaporizing needs, not because of the great selection, but because of the integrity of the costumer service, after nearly an hour of trying to fix my vape, they saw to it that it was fixed completely, replaced the glass that I had broke, and even gave me a free coil! These guys are knowledgeable and and most importantly helpful.

Great selection of juice and devices. I’ve tried other vape stores and mass vapors is my go to store. And their customer service is impeccable!

Great store. Great people. Great ambiance. Clientele friendly.
Went here a few time. They always have the newest juice available. Ben, nick and Kenny are the best in the business. Helped me with my first mod. Everything from the mod, rda and how to build. Very down to earth people. Honest people as well. They tell you what’s a good juice and what they recommend. Will definitely come back. They also have a variety of mods available. Nick recommended a kennedy rda and I was blown away with the quality and performance. I literally blow thunder clouds. Ben knows his juices and products. Kenny is the person you want to go see when it comes to builds.
I would like to see them carry some menthol flavors in the future.

Some of the most courteous, helpful, knowledgable and patient sales associates I have encountered. They took their time to explain the difference between each device and which one would best suite my vaping needs.
I would like to especially thank Anthony, Nick, Brian, Kenny and Chad for all their helpful tips in having me maintain my vaping needs and keeping me from returning to smoking.
I’ve even got my friends from Dubai, who are avid cigar and cigarette smokers, to switch to vaping and have purchased their vaping products and juices from Mass Vapors in Allston, MA.
Keep up the amazing work ethics and looking forward to having you aid me as I upgrade my current equipment in the next couple of months.

Mass Vapors has been my go-​to store since they opened.
The guys know what I want before I even make it to the front counter. They’ve even called me when my favorite products are in stock!
The staff is knowledgeable and always steers me in the right direction. I’ve brought several friends to them and all have been happy customers when they walk out. I’ll often spend 15 minutes plus just sitting there and talking before cashing out because I always feel that welcomed!
Ok some people are complaining that the staff is paranoid about people vaping in the shop. This is not a MassVapors specific rule. Any Boston vape shop destined to last has to conform to Boston’s laws on indoor smoking/​vaping. This also means you can’t just grab the juices off a shelf to smell them. Yeah it’s a dumb law but that needs to be taken up with city officials. If your business has been targeted/​harrassed by surprise inspectors and secret shoppers the way Boston’s vape shops have been, you would tread lightly too.
I hope MassVapors flourishes. The location is prime and the clientele is definitely here. The juice selection is always changing for the better.

These boys, and a little lady, helped get me started, and now I’m wrapping my own coils like a pro. They’ve also got great juices, and keep up with the latest gear. Get to know them!

Love the fact that in a area that most businesses have stairs at the entrance, they have a ramp!!! Being in a wheelchair that’s a big plus for me!!!

I come in here pretty frequently, 1 – 2 times a week, and I’m always treated great. Nick and Chad are kings. They take the time to answer questions and offer advice. I’d recommend this b&m to anyone.

Terrible customer service from the start I walked in the store. The Employee was on his phone and didn’t even greet my friends and I. Several minutes went by he finally approaches us by saying «what do you guys want?» While asking him does the store have 3 different box mods in stock, he rudely interrupts me and ask are we over 18 years old. I told him I’m 23 and he rolls his eyes. First and last time I’ll pay a visit.

A great place to buy new equipment, juice, or to troubleshoot your current system! I live nearby and I’m (bregrudgingly) an avid consumer, so I’m frequently in the shop, and everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable! They have a knack for remembering my tastes and past purchases, which is extremely helpful given I’m particularly picky about juices. They’ve given me great recommendations as to new systems, and I’m thrilled with my current setup (e-​leaf i-​stick with the e-​mow mega tank). If you vape in the Allston area, you should make this a regular haunt!

First time here. The guys here are helpful and help me out with a new setup. They had a clean shop. With a decent selection of stuff. I will be coming back again for when I need any supplies.

This is a solid vape shop… they have great juices and a nice selection of mods and devices. I was in the monday morning after the patriots won the superbowl and we had a huge snowstorm, I got there a few minutes before 11am not knowing that that’s when the store opens, and they opened a few minutes right after 11. I was surprised that they were even opening up shop with the insane weather, and impressed with how prompt they were in doing so. I needed juice and coils and Chad helped me out. He answered all of my questions, provided me with some flavor suggestions, as well as excellent customer service/​conversation. These guys are knowledgeable about their products, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them if you are looking for top-​quality juices and vaporizers.

I went into Massvapors on a Wednesday night at 6:45pm, the company’s website said they closed at 7:00pm, however the two clerks working stayed well past close to help set me up with a beginner Vape kit and a couple different juice flavors. These guys were wicked friendly, patient, and helpful. They were knowledgeable about their inventory and made my first encounter with vaping feel like a new hobby rather than a new addiction (cigs on the other hand…). What can I say, because of the great service and tasty juices I picked up, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the convenient store for combustibles. Thanks guys!

Solid group of guys and an excellent selection. Really high end products ranging from good starter kits to crazy mech and box mods. Best selection of e juce that I have seen in Boston. They do tend to run out of 3mg and 6mg juices pretty fast and would suggest to order more since those always sell out first.

First time vaping? Are you terrified at the prospect of walking into a high-​end vape shop and feeling overwhelmed by their wide selection of beginner to advanced gear and plethora of shiny but bewildering objects? FEAR NOT. One of their friendly and knowledgeable staff is always willing to help.
Want to splurge on an authentic RBA atomizer? This place has attys for days!
Sometimes this place gets busy and someone isn’t able to help you right away, this is usually because they are imbuing another customer with their infinite knowledge and wisdom (these guys are like the wikipedia of vaping, ask them anything, seriously), or building a badass coil for a customer (for a nominal fee). Just like any other retail establishment in the city you might have to (gasp) wait a few minutes for service, however this place is super relaxed, and it’s always cool to chill until someone is ready to help you!

My first visit wasn’t the best. The staff seemed preoccupied, but maybe I caught them on a bad day. I’d go back tho

Good juice selection. Good mechanical mod and atty selection compared to what’s around. I’ve seen one good employee but most of the staff their sucks. Unhelpful and kinda thinks they know everything. I like eastern vapor in Brighton much more. Same stuff no attitude.

In town from Chicago for the holidays, figured I would stop by to check our the shop and and get some juice. I will give them credit for the appearance of the shop, nice, modern, and well decorated. I walked in and started checking stuff out, not once was I greeted. I have worked in the vape industry for two years, I run a shop and do sales for a reputable e liquid company. If that was my employee I would have fired him on the spot. When I went to ask him a question he was cold and uninterested. He was texting on his phone and did not look up at me when I was talking to him. Customer service was absolutely appalling. If you would like to go to a nice shop with friendly staff go to Eastern Vapor in Brighton.

Today was my first time checking out MassVapors and I have to disagree with the fella saying this is an «elitist» shop. That is just ignorant saying something like that. There is a specific group of vapors that like to create drama when it comes to the higher prices of collectable and authentic vape gear. For whatever reason, be it they don’t have the money to purchase it and that makes them jealous or they dont have the knowledge to use the gear again making them jealous or they feel embarrassed when they are the only one in the vape shop that doesnt understand a thing thats being said. So they ban together and hate on vapers that are more experienced or use gear that costs hundreds of dollars and the call them elitist vapors, it is really childish. With all that said, Mass Vapors is on the high end of vape shops so yeah your not going to find a BLU cigalike in there. What you will find is staff that is more than willing to help you out whether you are a beginner or more advanced. They love to talk shop if you wanna talk about the latest Vapor Flask that just came out or you are brand new to vaping and want a great set up to get you going. All that «elitist’ nonsense is being spouted by an individual that feels left out because of the reasons I listed, so don’t listen to that kind of negativity or you will miss out on a great little shop with some beautiful stuff. Truthfully if that guy wanted to see cigalike products on the shelves he would have gone to 7 – 11 or Mobil on the run, not a high end vape shop.

I’d like to share my experience as someone who has vaped for a little under a year. Until visiting this shop I ordered all of my products online. One of my juice orders was a few days delayed and I needed to resupply, so I wandered in.
Pros: this is a well-​designed space, the displays are polished and professional. They sell a limited selection of high quality products as opposed to filling shelves with junk the way many stores do. The location is very convenient for Allston residents.
Cons: I’ve been in twice and both times the other customers were more helpful than the staff, who seem completely uninterested in helping beginners and seem put out by the fact that you aren’t an expert vaper. There is a serious air of elitism going on there.
Also, don’t go in looking for «cigalike» models, as they don’t carry them. Everything they have is Ego sized or larger. To me this only adds to the feel of elitism, but perhaps I’m not their target market.
This industry needs to grow if it is going to weather the storm of regulation. I would expect stores like this to be more welcoming to beginners, but in my (limited) experience with this shop, that hasn’t been the case.
